10. The Mission of Carrying Water I
Aksa, Couran, Lily, along with 20 workers, 4 craftsmen, and 15 magicians began their march toward the west.
Because they also at once install the railway line, it takes a long time to arrive at the cliff in question.
Previously, Aksa took 3 days to reach the cliff by using his horse carriage. But this time they took a week to arrive at the hill.
They brought 17 carriages to carry the necessities and materials to build. Each material requires two carriages to transport it. Which type of material is; small rocks, limestone, volcanic soil, wooden rods, and various forms of metal equipment. There are 10 cars in total.
Then the next 7 carriages consisted of 3 tank-shaped carriages filled with water, and the remaining 4 carriages were used as temporary residences. Even 3 carriages for workers, and the witches were equipped with bunk beds inside.
While 1 car that is right behind the head of the train, is designed similar to the workplace. There are three separate small rooms for the beds of Aksa, Couran, and Lily.

The cliff in question Aksa is one of the rows of cliffs such as the fortress wall on the north side that looks the largest and most towering. It is shaped like an irregular rectangular pyramid, with three different thickness levels. And at each level, there is a fairly wide field of ramps.
The plan of Aksa group will build the reservoir at the second level which has the most ideal cliff thickness. Because it is not too thick to dig, it is also still wide enough to be made into a water reservoir.
They took out all the necessary equipment. Then aided by the earth witch who made them a ladder to climb and a place to install the pulley pole, they began to raise all the equipment gradually from the base to the ramps of the first level.
Then continue it again to the ramps area in the second level which when calculated from the base, the height reaches about 60 times the adult body. Or approximately 4 times the height of the Elbrasta city walls.
They need all day to carry all the equipment. Then when night fell, they made a tent and spent the night in the second-level area.

The next morning several workers and witches continued to install equipment to the third level, the top of the cliff. Which is only a difference of 10 times the adult human body, when calculated from the second level.
While the rest began to dredge the floor of the second level ramps area was assisted by a drill train or 'Earth Rodent' created by Aksa.
While Lily stayed to help dig the cliff, Aksa and Couran continued the work to the third level.
They had just finished raising all the pieces of iron tubes as tall as adults with a diameter of the circumference as wide as two ranges of the adult's arms, when the sun was completely invisible again in the sky.

"What are you doing Aks?" Couran came to Aksa who was sitting in front of a table that he put outside the tent. A little far from the campfire where the others gathered.
"Drawing a star map. From this height, the stars are increasingly visible" said Aksa still with his busyness.
"You are still doing other things in the middle of other work" Couran took a chair and sat down next to Aksa.
"I didn't do anything Mr. Couran. You and the others are working. From the time we got to Mado beach until now what am I doing instead of just watching and playing around?" Aksa said that this time stopped his activities.
"Because science and all the ways I teach it are not from my own Mr. Couran. I just imitate what I see from others. I didn't invent or create it"
"You have a strange thought Aks, judging from how you always say you're a messenger of the gods"
"I am indeed the messenger of the gods in this world. But not a god" said Aksa with a small smile as he looked back at the night sky, then joined something on the paper scroll before him.
While Couran just shook his head slowly looking at the young man.

Two days later the excavation for the reservoir had begun to look quite deep and wide. While on the third level they began to install an elevator pulley pole to go down on the outside of the cliff. On the river bank. The height of the cliff top with the flow of the river below, about 70 times the adult human body. Which is almost 4 and a half high walls of the fortress of Kotaraja.

"We will install this iron tube extending along this cliff in the direction of the river. This iron tube is called the Water Pipe" Aksa said while pointing to a pile of iron tubes that filled almost three-quarters of the ramps at the top of the cliff.
"You want to make water rise through that iron tube?" Couran was trying to guess.
"That's really Mr. Couran"
"And how did the water go up so far? As you said to me, the water will rise when there are other parts that have a higher surface. But the river was all down there" Couran was still curious about what Aksa would do to raise the water.
"True, a liquid object will press in all directions. I'll show you how, Mr. Couran. Now let's start to install the pipe" Aksa replied later.
Some of the witches were terrified when they were on the elevator pulley to go downstairs. But to convince them Aksa went up on it.
They installed the pipe as a section from top to bottom. Using an iron bracelet wrapped around a pipe joint, then asking the fire witches to heat up to melt.
After noon Aksa and 8 witches finished installing all the water pipes to the bottom. They had nine lunches on the banks of the refreshing river.
After that the earth witches started to make codetan on the river flow line. And make a cube-shaped pool that is only the width of a horse carriage. Put the end of the water pipe into the pool, then close it so that the water does not overflow out.
The day had begun to turn in the afternoon when Aksa and the 8 witches went back up the cliff. The water pool was completed perfectly. And even that water pipe had been buried in the cliff by the earth witches, to be safe and invisible.
