14. Yllgarian Refugees
Caspian was seen standing at the very front among the knights who covered the entrance gate to the land of Pharos. Helen was standing a little behind him. And just like any other knight his hand was already on the handle of the sword, ready to pull it out at any time.
In front of Caspian, hundreds of Yllgarians stood in a row covering the road. Yllgarian looks different. Starting from the bird clan, panther, bear, bull, and bat. Starting from small children, men, women, old, until the fighters with weapons ready in hand.
Seen in the front row, beside the fighters, was an Elf girl recognized by Caspian. He is Aeron who introduced himself as Yvvone during the aftermath of Lucia's attack on Karas hill a few months ago.
"Ah, I never thought we'd see each other again here" it seems that the Elf girl still remembers Caspian. Then he walked forward to Caspian.
"What does all this mean?" Caspian asked then when the Elf girl was close enough to him.
"Are you intercepting us here? Do you want to arrest these Yllgarians?" Aeron asked Caspian the tiny stature.
"What do you mean by intercepting you? We live here. Should I ask what is your business coming here? Bring this much?" Caspian then explained his existence in the dead land.
"When has the land been inhabited?" Yvvone asked in surprise. He looked at Caspian.
"From five months ago we moved to this place. And legally according to the Elbrasta kingdom, this land has been given to our master" explained Caspian who seemed to make Yvvone and some Yllgarian surprised. Some of them started to run in the back.
"So you are indeed the people of Elbrasta kingdom" one of the Yllgarian panthers behind Yvvone spoke as he raised his sword.
This was immediately answered by the knights behind Caspian and Helen, who also began to draw their swords from their sheaths.
The situation also feels gripping. Just wait for the trigger, then bloodshed will occur.
Yvvone raised his hand ordering the Yllgarians to calm down and lower their weapons.
"You are Elbrasta's royal people, but you don't want to arrest us. Then what do you want?" Ask Yvvone then.
"What do you mean by what we want? Don't divert the conversation. I was the one who asked you guys first. What do you want in this place?" Caspian seemed to have been unable to hold back his patience. But then he began to notice Yvvone's confused face.
Then Caspian let out a long sigh, "We are indeed from the kingdom. But our master has already detached himself from the kingdom. This land of Pharos was not part of the kingdom of Elbrasta. So we don't know your dealings with Elbrasta's kingdom" Caspian explained later, trying to right the misunderstanding that seems to be going on.
"Hm, then allow us to pass. We were on our way to the Old Forest to the south" Yvvone replied later.

While at the same time in the meeting tent in the noble camp, Lucia, Nata, Orland, Amithy, Madron, Dirk, and Jean gathered to discuss the matter.
"How's this? Why are there three hundred Yllgarians in this place?" Looks like Dirk's starting to freak out a little.
"I don't think they're attacking us" said Amithy, calming Dirk down.
"Aeron is the Aeron that we met during the attack on Karas hill. And most likely the Yllgarians were residents of the northern forest village of Yllgarian who were rumored to have been destroyed yesterday" Jean tried to inform him after he had also been at the gate with Caspian and Helen.
"Oh, the Elf Loli Aksa" Nata chirped suddenly.
"What are you talking about, Nat?" Ask Lucia later.
"Oh, no. Forget it" Nata replied hurriedly. Nata began to worry about himself. Because now he became a contagion Aksa, origin nyeletuk.
"What are they doing here?" Madron asked more of himself.
And right after the middle-aged man finished speaking, there was Helen's voice coming from outside.
"Excuse me" Helen entered the tent room followed by the gazes of everyone who seemed very curious about what was going on out there.
"How about, Miss Helen? What do they want?" Ask Lucia later.
"The Yllgarians just want to pass through the land of Pharos to go towards the Old Forest in the south. They do not know that now this land is inhabited" explained Helen later.
"If they want to pass, let them pass" Madron said.
"Well, if it doesn't cause any problems. Just let them through" this time Amithy said.
"Maybe we can talk to Aeron first. We can ask about what happened all this time in the northern forest. Also the thing he knew about Mr. Grevier" this time it was Jean who gave his input.
"What do you think Nat?" Lucia asked Nata who was sitting right in front of her, across the table.
"I guess, letting them through was the most appropriate decision for now. But maybe they should use a slightly more difficult path. Because some of the roads that are usually passed, have begun to be closed by the train line that is being done by Aksa" said Nata at length.
"Oh, that's right" Madron heard just realising it.
"And if they want to use the steam train, it means they have to wait another month and a half. Until Aksa gets back here" added Nata again.
Lucia seemed to be silently thinking, "Alright then, let the Yllgarians enter first. I think the former campground downstairs is still wide enough to accommodate all of them. And also give the Yllgarians a tent to rest, food, and drink. And have Aeron meet me" the girl ordered later.
"Are you going to feed them princess?" Dirk asked in a doubtful tone.
"Right" Lucia replied quickly and decisively.
"They're three hundred more" Dirk said to reassure Lucia that she didn't give the order wrong.
"We still have food for the next three months, right?" Ask Lucia later.
"But it's for preparation, if we can't produce our own food in the next three months" Dirk tried to explain the importance of the food supply to themselves.
Lucia looked silent then looked towards Nata.
"Oh, my head has been dizzy lately. Is it because I'm sleep deprived?" Nata suddenly said as he lowered his head while massaging his forehead with his right hand.
Actually Nata did just that to avoid Lucia who seemed to be asking for her help.
And seeing Nata's behavior like that irritated Lucia. Then he threw his eyes away from Nata.
"Alright then, try to calculate first the number of young children or pregnant women in the group Yllgarian. Then feed them as we can" Lucia said later.
"All right, princess. I'll count and help put it together" Dirk replied later.
Seeing this, Nata smiled broadly at Lucia who was still bending her face in annoyance.
