Almost three months after Joan was in Xiggaz's room and back in the luxurious chair. A lot of things have happened. And there were many things he had to report to his friend.
Xiggaz looked unsettled as he looked at Joan who also looked unsettled.
"So how was the impact received by the land after the closure of the line?" Tanya Xiggaz opened the conversation.
"I wanted to ask you first, Xig. What impact did the kingdom receive with the closure of the line to the Pharos region?" Joan did not answer, but asked back.
"Obviously it didn't go well. Because so far people have begun to get used to the cheap prices of goods from the region. And now they have to accept the old price that might become more expensive because of the impact of the many ship owners who began to go out of business" Xiggaz replied with an unfriendly face.
"That's what I'm afraid of" said Joan, sounding increasingly restless. "Closing down the line obviously has no impact whatsoever on the region. They already had a solid trading network with the northern region. And also they are able to make the goods needed north of this southern mainland" he explained later.
"really? The stuff from the south? Including fruits and vegetables?" Xiggaz did not believe it.
"They have a way of planting that is very admirable. But that's not the problem. They can also afford the most needed items from the northern mainland on the southern mainland" Joan replied.
"That means they have a lot of money?" Xiggaz folded his arms in front of his chest.
"Right, they had many advantages from the items they sold to the nobles. And it seems like they are not applying taxes to nobles. They use their income to make higher-value items" Joan explains.
"really? It is unbelievable that such a rule could be applied. Are the nobles there not opposed?" Xiggaz is still trying to digest how the Pharos region works.
"Of course, but there are only a few nobles in the region. And they don't seem to have enough effect. In fact there may not even be any influential nobles in the place" Joan continued.
"And without influential nobles, how did they finance the first construction of the region?"
"Maybe from the ruler of the land. For all I know, the ruler of that region is the exiled crown princess of Elbrasta's kingdom" Joan replied.
"really? Crown princess? Meaning the previous king's bloodline?" Xiggaz sounded certain. While Joan just nodded.
"Why was he thrown out?" Xiggaz seemed to be interested.
"Either because of what. But that's what I heard from the merchants from the north" Joan replied as is.
"It's weird" Xiggaz is seen touching his chin while looking like he's thinking.
"It's not strange anymore, when we talk about the waterfall on the hill, right?" Saut Joan then.
"yes too. And what else did you find in that place?" Xiggaz looked back to lean his body back while folding his arms.
"So I found out that all the ways and tools they had were from two young Morra men about eighteen years old. It was from them that all the plans and designs of these strange tools and effective ways came from" Joan goes back.
"A young man of eighteen? What about the background?" Xiggaz.
"Truly they seem to be around that age. And I couldn't find anything about their past and background" Joan replied.
"Alright, continue"
"They have also begun to mount weapons over the south gate. Like a bow when viewed from its shape. But large with a harpoon that became a substitute for his arrows" Joan searched. "Then, they also built a pier in the west sea. With a tower high above a cliff" he continued.
"Are they also going to take over the sea crossing?" Cut Xiggaz again.
"I guess not. Currently, the area is only used for ponds and fishing. But who knew they also wanted to take over the sea crossing path?" Answer Joan.
Xiggaz seemed to think for a moment. "I'll report this to Mr. Tyrion first. How long have you been here?" Said later.
"I can't linger here. Because it took a week's journey from here to the dead land area, since the south lane was closed. So I have to come back soon if I don't want to be left behind important news from the city" Joan replied.
"Well, if so"

Two days later Joan was called back by Xiggaz to her workplace. And this time it looks like Xiggaz is not alone. He was accompanied by Tyrion. Master they both.
"I just want to make sure to get straight to you, Joan. Are all the things you wrote in your report?" Tyrion asked with a serious face shortly after Joan entered the room.
"Right, Mr. Tyrion" Joan replied firmly and briefly.
"So they didn't lose as much as we did with the closure of the line?" Tyrion began to ask ascertain.
"Yes sir. In fact they benefit from the high price of the goods we sell in the north" Joan replied later.
"And did they really buy the goods that the southern mainland needed from the northern merchants?" Tyrion's face did not get any brighter. The folds between his eyebrows had already begun to form.
"Right as you have heard, Mr. Tyrion" Joan replied confirming.
"So the city on the land of the dead is a prosperous city?" Tyrion's restless face began to look, though he tried to hide it with his pretentious elegant demeanor.
"If I can be honest, Mr. Tyrion. After a long time in the city. I had a feeling of being in the suburbs while in Guam" said Joan, who was honest, not only surprised Tyrion, but also Xiggaz.
"So you think the city in the middle of the dead land is much more advanced than the central city of Urbar kingdom government?" Tyrion's voice was shaking.
"I'm sorry, Mr. Tyrion. Not to be disrespectful. But I was just trying to give you a picture of what I saw in the city" Joan replied, bowing her head along the way.
"That really irritates and disappoints me" Tyrion looks irritated, but tries to hold back and stay elegant. "But what makes me even more angry is that they deliberately protected the despicable pirate" he continued with pent-up anger.
Joan and Xiggaz were only speechless to see their master begin to catch his breath, to keep him from getting angrier.
"But they don't have enough soldiers, do they? And also, the weaponry they have is just ordinary weapons, right? Not a magic weapon or a mystical weapon, right?" Tyrion asked to be sure.
"Truly they don't have many soldiers. But for weapons, they could have hidden it to us" Joan replied later. Which made Tyrion put on a smile.
"Then after this what are your plans, Mr Tyrion?" This time Xiggaz asked.
"Maybe in a week the king's majesty will be confirmed to be the leader of the holy kingdom of Urbar. Maybe after that we can take care of the dead land" said Tyrion who looks happier imagining the plan he will do to the land of Pharos later.
"But what if Elbrasta's side intervenes, sir? Wasn't the ruler of the region the former crown princess of the kingdom" Xiggaz asked worriedly.
"Cannot be. I got word from my relatives of a noble of the Elbrasta kingdom. That the princess herself who abdicated her throne and asked the dead land to be a loose land. And reopen part of the kingdom of Elbrasta" Tyrion explained with full confidence, that his words were true.
"Why did he do that?" Xiggaz asked more of himself.
"Who cares" said Tyrion. There's underestimation. "And then the second is, now there is an upheaval in the body of the kingdom. It looks like the new king will not last long on the throne" he added, confirming the position of his hair with his hands.
"So we'll wait another week?" Ask Joan to Xiggaz.
"You can go back there tomorrow, Joan. And come back when we have decided to invade the land" Tyrion gave orders to Joan.
"Okay, Mr. Tyrion" Joan answered quickly.
