27.5. Lugwin Story: Gathering Power III
After staying a day and night at the Ellworth family residence, and talking about everything Lugwin would do and what Dux Aldrico could help with, Lugwin finally continued his journey again to the city of Jabes. Dux Owen's residence. Two days from Khelo.
Just as he was at the residence of the Ellwotrh family, when Lugwin arrived at the Barnum family residence he was immediately greeted by guards and servants who seemed to have known him.
"How are you Lug?" Sapa a tall Narva young man was strapping in shiny metal-sheltered clothes like those of noble knights, when Lugwin was in the waiting room.
"Hans? I'm fine, how are you?" Lugwin replied slightly surprised to find the young knight.
Hans had been friends since childhood with Piere. But they had not met since the young man entered the royal knight training five years ago. Although Lugwin knew it was the residence of the Hans family, he did not expect to meet the young man here.
"I'm fine too. I heard you were in town yesterday when Dux Laurant closed the gate? How did you get out?"

Narva's man is Dux Owen. Father of Hans.
Hans himself seemed surprised by Lugwin's entire story and his purpose came to his residence.
"Maybe uncle will think I'm crazy"
"That's right"
"Dad?!"
"Obviously for an 18-year-old girl to apply for an alliance to stop the war is crazy" said Owen, who then paused for a moment before returning to say, "Especially carrying the name of the Oracle who has died. Who can't testify to whether what you're saying is true or not"

Owen and Hans were impressed by Lugwin's reply.

Hans also seemed satisfied and amazed at the assertiveness and confidence of Lugwin. Meanwhile Lugwin could only smile with relief.

Five days later a meeting between the heads of the branch families of the royal family, arranged by Eldmo, was held in the village of Dyms.
Five of the eight families were invited. But the meeting did not go well. The meeting ended with a debate between the heads of the families present.

"Let me rest first" said Lugwin who seemed lazy to have to remember and tell again what happened at the meeting earlier.
