27.5. Lugwin Story: Gathering Power II
A day and a half later Lugwin arrived in the northern city of Khelo. Arriving at the Ellworth family residence, Lugwin was greeted by guards and servants who seemed to know him. Which then led him to the living room.
"Lugwins? What the hell are you doing here?" Suddenly appearing as Lugwin was waiting in the living room, a tall dashing Narva youth with a handsome face came greeting him.
"Oh, Piere. Can I meet Dux Aldrico?" Said Lugwin who seemed to have known the young man with a relaxed language. Not using manners.
"With dad?" Reply to Piere in the same manner, which signifies they are both close friends.
"Right, there's something I want to say" Lugwin replied later.
"It looks serious"

The man called Dux Aldrico was a stern-faced, stern-looking Narva man, with the charisma of a family head.
The three of them, Dux Aldrico, Piere, and Lugwin sat in the middle room shortly after Lugwin expressed his need to come to the Ellworth family residence.
Dux Aldrico, who was sitting in front of Lugwin, was seen weighing whether Lugwin's speech could be trusted or not.
"Are you crazy Lug?" Suddenly Piere interrupted in silence.
"Piere! Watch what you say!" Aldrico heard a rebuke, which not only shocked and frightened Piere, but also Lugwin at once.
Then the silence reappeared.
"Are you aware of what you just said, Princess Lugwin?" Suddenly Aldrico spoke again and broke the silence.
"I'm aware of Mr. Aldrico. I was fully aware of what I was saying" Lugwin replied firmly.
"So I'll make sure again, do you want to build up the strength to fight those two Duxes?"
"True Mr. Aldrico. I intend to stop this war"
"You're seriously saying that, Lug?" This time it was Piere who spoke, who then came to a sudden halt from being intimidated by Aldrico's gaze.
"I see earnestness in your eyes princess. But the intention of sincerity alone is not enough" said Aldrico later.
"What kind of opportunity? Give you strength and add to the murky war that has happened now?"
Lugwin seemed shocked to hear Aldrico's question. Not because he was unprepared for this question, but this question was in the scroll given by Nata. And in the scroll there is also a way to answer it. Lugwin never thought about how Nata could predict this.
Lugwin seemed to cleared his throat slowly and then answered according to what he had read in the scroll Nata had given him. "Right Mr. Aldrico, I do need strength. And it is true that I want to participate in the war that is going on right now. But not to make things worse, but to win this war. That way the war will stop"
Aldrico's face was surprised even though faint. "You're very confident" he said later.
"Because I inherited the word of the Oracle. And for the first step, I plan to liberate the eastern region from the rule of Dux Vincent" Lugwin said confidently.
"That's a pretty bold remark" said Aldrico to hear it.
"I'll show you if you give me a chance to prove it"
"Hahaha, you are indeed a true Estros daughter of Lugwin. I've been waiting for someone like you to rise to the fight. The Ellworth family will always support you no matter what" Aldrico said suddenly with a loud laugh.
Lugwin and Piere were surprised to see Aldrico laughing. Lugwin himself seemed relieved now, having heard the words of Aldrico who would always support him.
"Alright, now rest first princess before we talk again what steps you will take in the future" said Aldrico as he stood up, "You are our guest, Piere" his orders then went to Piere before leaving the room.
"Thank you again, Mr. Aldrico" said Lugwin before Aldrico disappeared behind the door. Lugwin's body began to relax, so his hands felt very heavy when trying to lift a glass from the table. There's been too much pressure on his body lately.
"Wow, what happened to you Lug? You look.. firmly today" said Piere later who looks astonished and amazed to see Lugwin.
"Many things Piere. What is clear is that I must immediately stop this ridiculous war" replied Lugwin who was now able to smile freely.
"Well, whatever it is, I will always support you. You rest there first. Your room's been set up"
"Thank you Piere"
"No need to bother with me" Piere replied with a fluffy smile.
