07. High Battle Archmages, Master Lily
Aksa and Nata's entourage stared unmoved from the distance, hoping that the mercenaries could survive from the three mystic beasts as big as the horse carriage. But in fact it's not. No more than a minute three of them were already injured and could not survive.
"They're in danger Nat! Don't you have any ideas to help them?" Aksa said when he saw the mercenaries were getting cornered. "They must survive, because I must ask them about this world Guild."
"But they.. it's a huge beast... Have you gone mad?!" Nata responded as he moved his hand to grind something big.
"I'll help them" Lily said suddenly.
"What's? You kidding Lily?" Nata sounded disbelieving of Lily's words. Because what he had to face was three ferocious beasts that had magic power with a very large size.
"But the creature has the lightning, Lily's lightning. You can't see what?" Aksa chimed in to convince Lily to rethink.
"You don't underestimate me. I'm called the hero of legend not without cause" Lily replied with a slight smug smile "If only three Mystic Hyena is not a big thing for me" he continued.
"Well, somehow your arrogant nature can immediately calm me down. Well then, we'll stay here and get ready to run away in case you get eaten by the beast" Nata replied later.
"Or got scorched by his lightning" Aksa added.
"Mr Nata! Lord Aksa! Please keep your talk!" A trio of hunters spoke almost simultaneously, due to Aksa and Nata's disrespectful remarks towards Lily.
"It seems like it's time to amaze me" and after saying those words Lily put on her conical hat and lifted her cane.
Seemed like I was picking something up. And then surprisingly the little rabbit shot forward towards one of the Mystical Hyenas, and just bright rays and fierce explosions appeared as soon as he hit the beast.
Not only did it shock Aksa and Nata's entourage, but the mercenaries were shocked to see Lily's sudden presence.
But not everyone finished exhaling, Lily who was still floating in the air the impact from the previous explosion pointed her wand at one of the two remaining Mystical Hyenas, then from the tip of his wooden stick appeared a white glowing circle which then shot out like a dazzling laser beam penetrating from the head to the body of the Mystical Hyena that was the target.
Not yet the tiny rabbit set its foot ashore, the two Mystical Hyenas were already lifeless. And as soon as his feet were tracking the surface of the ground, his body suddenly shot back as if it had vanished. Which then ended with the final Mystical Hyena collapse because it split into two parts.
No more than a minute three Mystic Hyena was uprooted by a Lily. Seeing this, the rest of the mercenaries immediately seized the opportunity to raid the remaining hyenas, while Lily returned to the horse carriage.
"Lilly!! Are you a Jedi? Why have you been hiding your light saber all this time?!!" Aksa shouted as Lily set her tiny foot on the carriage.
"What is a saiber lait?" Lily asked casually as she put down her wand.
"From now on you're my idol, Lily!" said Nata then with a face look amazed and beaming.
"Right, from now on we will call you, Master Lily. High Battle Archmages, Master Lily" said Aksa who responded with a sweet smile on Lily's face even though he did not understand what Aksa was talking about.

"Thank you for helping us. I am Cedrik, leader of the Star of Fire group. The mercenary guild of the city of Albas" The stern-faced, long-haired Morra youth who was pulled back with the help of a bandana spoke while introducing himself. His clothes are like most of the mercenaries, which are jackets or leather vests with very minimal body armor. I used to carry a sword or a knife.
"Is your friend okay?" Lily asked later during the afternoon they decided to camp in the same area as the mercenaries.
"Don't worry we have a healer. They will be fine, thanks to you" Cedrik said later.
"Meet me is Margaret the representative of Cedrik. Let me also thank you for your help. If I could find out who you are and where you're going?" A Morra girl with shoulder-length hair, sweet-looking, wearing clothes similar to Cedrik suddenly introduced herself and asked Lily.
"I'm sorry for my previous disrespect, my name is Lily. We were on our way to Baltra village in the south" replied Lily who then introduced Cedrik and Margaret to the others.
The Fire Star mercenary union consisted of 12 people. Eight men and four women. It consisted of two healers, one witch, four hunters, and five warriors and free knights.
They were hired by the Dux region to carry out clearance of wild animals which often annoyed merchants and people who traveled through the region.
