20. New Sheet I
A week later they sentenced the king of Urbar to death. The city of Guam.
They did it in front of the square inside the palace grounds. Attended by almost everyone. Both people in the kingdom and ordinary citizens.
This is a common thing to do for the death penalty of a major criminal or rebel in the Urbar kingdom.
Almost all the leaders of the army and some of the men in charge of the southern region of Pharos, were present at the site with Lucia.
Both Nata, Aksa, even Luque were present. The combined warriors between the humans and Yllgarian looked closely guarding the city. With a distinctive seraga that is all black and dull, looks intimidating.
The people of the southern region are called Death warriors. Because the freshness looks bleak.
And then, after someone recited the demands and responsibilities that the Urbar king had to fulfill, the king finally closed his life with his head cut off.

"We will not hold the same responsibility to the soldiers or the people of this kingdom" Lucia said, moments after the sentence was completed.
He stood on a pulpit high enough in the middle of the square facing everyone present.
"We just need the leader of this kingdom to take responsibility for the lives of our people who were killed in the attacks carried out under his leadership" Lucia gave a task to get the attention of everyone in the place.
"We also do not allow the palace family to take responsibility, what else is up to the next descendants" Lucia continued her remarks, after getting enough attention.
"But as a reminder and a warning to all who are contemplating an intention to deal with us in the future, I will announce today to all of you. That along with the fall of your king, this kingdom also no longer exists" Lucia closed her words in a stern tone.
Some of the people who were in that place were seen starting to whisper with the person next to them.
"The kingdom is like the sun. They have risen and drowned countless times, from the beginning of time" Lucia said. Louder, to beat the noisy hum of people around. "But, a civilization can last for hundreds of years" he continued.
"And I am also convinced that the civilization in this region is greater than an empire. So, even if the kingdom is destroyed, you and your ancestral heritage will still be alive" Lucia seemed to give time for others to think about her words. His gaze ventured into every corner in the crowd of people before him.
"The region will be under our control" Lucia said. "And obviously there will be massive changes throughout the territory of this former kingdom. I personally as the leader of the region in the land of Pharos very much expect you all to cooperate to help us make these changes. And make a much better life.
"The prisoners of war will be released, as proof of what I just said. That we want to, we make an even greater civilization together" Lucia searched for to catch her breath.
The atmosphere became more boisterous than before. Although not too rowdy either.

"For the south, we have already begun to implement and socialize changes in the designations and rules, to the entire population" Orland said amid his report on the new government being formed.
"This land of Pharos will begin to be referred to as the Central Region. While in the southern region, we will name the newly formed district with sequence numbers to make it easier" Orland continued.
"Starting from the territory of Ignus and Ceodore will be called district one. Lighthill and Ravus will be called District two. The territory of Margrace and Saronia will be called district three. The regions of Feymarch and Cirrus will be called district four. And these first four districts will be incorporated into the Eastern provinces" Orland searched.
"The Eblan and Damcyan regions will be called district five. Harbring and Raygod will be called District six. Nabina and Nabradia will be called district seven. And the last of the Cleyra and Solidor areas will be called the eighth district. And the last four districts will be incorporated into the Western provinces" Orland said.
"For the time being Amithy and I alone are in charge of the affairs of the two provinces" Orland later closed.
Lucia seemed to be understanding. "Then, for the trouble with the southern kingdoms?" Ask later.
"The letter we sent to another southern kingdom, has already got an answer. And the good news is, the whole kingdom agreed to enter into a peace treaty and trade cooperation with us" Orland replied. "Starting from the kingdom of Joren, the kingdom of Augra, the kingdom of Durahan, the kingdom of Galasium, as well as the noble families of Maxmillian and Damalca at the southern end. They all agreed to it" he added.
"Thank God then. So we can calm down a bit now" Lucia said. "Today the problem is the kingdom of Elbrasta" he added, looking anxious.
"We can do nothing but wish them all the best. Because our letter to the Roxan and Voryn families was not responded to at all by them" Orland tried to explain.
