"How's Uncle Orland doing. I heard you yesterday from the city of Marda? Is the Autumn Lake there still as beautiful as it used to be?" Sapa Lucia as soon as she entered her uncle's office a few days later.
"Lucian. You look more excited than we met a year ago" said Orland, who seemed surprised to find Lucia in his room without knocking first. "Yes the lake still looks beautiful as usual" Orland answered Lucia's question as she got up from her workplace chair.
"I've heard from Cornelius that you will officially abdicate your throne. Are you sure about that?"
"It's been my uncle's decision"
"So now what can I do to help you until you have to bother coming here?" A middle-aged man with a similar stature as Cornelius was just a little shorter.
"I'm sorry to trouble Uncle Orland. But I need uncle's help to take care of all the things about the ownership of the territory that will be given to me later" said Lucia then who began to sound more serious.
"Region you'll accept? That land of Pharos?" The man who had started to go bald rubbed his forehead.
"Right uncle" Lucia replied later.
"Why should you bother to make sure that the territory really belongs to you, as if someone will take it from you. That's wasted land. There will be no nobles who will go to great lengths to snatch it from you" Orland explained.
"True, I understand uncle. But I intend to establish a city in the region. And I intend to break away from the kingdom" explained Lucia.
"The town? Escape from the kingdom? This time you're completely insane. Are you dying like that? On the border of the southern plain kingdom?" There was a similar reaction as Cornelius came out of Orland. Lucia just nodded in silence.
"Without the protection of the royal soldiers, you may fall into the hands of the southern kingdom. I don't think Sebastian will let that happen" Orland said.
"Calm down, uncle. I'll be fine. So will you help me?" lucia said make sure.
"What you found during the three-month disappearance. Coming up with such a nonsensical idea?" Orland said, shaking his fist.

Lucia then introduced the others to Orland shortly after they finished with their breakfast.
"May I see a map of the Pharos region of Lord Orland?" pinta Nata when they are now in the Orland workspace.
"A little while" Orland said as he walked toward a large cupboard behind his desk. Take out a long roll of cloth then head towards the table in the middle of the room. Then spread the cloth over the table. The image of a map is seen on the cloth that is held.
Nata and Aksa observed while looking at each other and without needing to ask for an explanation of the map, the two of them started to smile small.
Seeing this made Lucia smile. He knew now that Nata and Aksa were convinced that this Pharos region met the conditions they needed.
"This land is very strategic" said Nata later.
"Rightly when viewed from its geographical position. But unfortunately this land not only does not produce, but also is too dangerous" said Orland.
"You mean Mr Orland?" Tanya Nata was curious.
"In the western part before the hill that borders the beach there is an area filled with many wild animals. Not to mention in the hills of the east side there are a lot of bandit nests" explained Orland.
"So this land includes wild territory? A territory without rulers?" aksa said this time.
"Right, you could say that"
"But the kingdom is still part of the kingdom of Elbrasta?" Ask Nata again.
"Although the land did not produce at all for the kingdom? Or is the land really without inhabitants?" Ask Aksa this time.
"really. The kingdom will still act if other kingdoms control it" Orland replied quickly.
"Whoever" Aksa chimps later.
"Then is there a way to make a territory out of the ownership of the Royal Authority Territory legally without being called an act of colonization was lord Orland?" Nata asked back.
"It's unprecedented, but there are rules that make the kingdom relinquish control over a territory" Orland replied. "That is by defining the region. Or recognize that the region as an equal kingdom" he added.
"I don't think the kingdom will want to do that" said Aksa who approved Nata with a nod.
"really. It would tarnish sovereignty as an empire" Orland said.
"Is there no other loophole, uncle?" Lucia asked this time which Orland answered with a headband.
"Anu, lord Orland" suddenly Aksa interrupted. "Are all the rules of the kingdom written in a book or scroll?" Ask later.
"really. The rules are written in the Book of the Rule of the Kingdom. I have a copy here" Orland replied.
"Can I see it?"
"looks? What's for?"
"I was just curious as to what kind of book only the nobles of the kingdom had" Aksa replied with a widened smile. "I will not damage or take him away from your residence. I'll only see him for a moment" he added later.
"All right then. But it's a very thick book"
"It doesn't matter Mr. Orland" Aksa replied briefly and still smiled.
Orland headed to one of the long closet behind his desk, then pulled something out. Aksa's eyes sparkled to see what the old man was carrying. A paper the size of a scroll that Aksa usually found but arranged and united with a kind of twig or plant roots to resemble a volume. The thick is almost twice as thick as Aksa.
"Can I open and see the contents of Mr Orland?" Ask Aksa then.
"Do you intend to read it?"
"Can't it? Is there anything secret in this book?"
"Not really. This book contains only about all the rules that must be known by all people in the kingdom"
"Well then?"
"But I won't lend you that book for too long. You can read it until after tomorrow afternoon" Orland warned Aksa.
"Don't worry about Mr. Orland, I only need him until midnight"
"Do you want what the book really is?" Orland asked who was beginning to be suspicious of Aksa.
"Just calm uncle, Aksa will not do strange things. Trust me" cut Lucia down then before Orland began to ride black for misunderstanding.
