30. Negotiations I
They finally arrived in the city of Meso in the Feymarch region after taking a day and night over the road using a train.
Arriving in front of the Meso city gate, it appears Helen and some soldiers are ready to welcome.
The city of Meso is almost like the city of Varun. It starts with the shape of the building and the way people dress.
The city looks not too crowded, but the residents already seem to be on the move as usual. As for the nobles are still in detention, both in the city prison and in their respective residences.
For almost a month the city was under the command of the Pharos warriors under Helen.
"How's your trip going?" Helen asked as they were already inside the meeting hall located not far from the town square.

"How's he doing, Len?" Caspian asked from the chair next to Helen.
"Security has been increased. Both in the building area and around the city" Helen replied. "We just have to wait for them to come" he added later.
"Good" replied Caspian later.
"How's it going in town, Miss Helen?" Nata asked again as a waiter began handing out a glass of drink to all of them in the room.
"As far as this is concerned, the situation inside the city is safe. Perhaps many of the citizens are frightened and angry about our current existence, but there is no sign of a rebellion or movement that uses violence" Helen told a long story. "The nobles here are also said to be willing to work together, although their words often make ear heat" he added later.
"I think that's normal. But as long as we do not treat the people arbitrarily, then resistance will never happen" Nata replied after he sipped a drink in his glass.
"I also think like that, Mr. Nata" Helen agreed with Nata's words.
"As for the nobles, we will decide after this meeting. Whether we release them or we ask them to leave the city" Nata added.

Soon, the royal retinue of Urbar came from the south with thirty horsemen and two noble chariots.
They marched into the city and headed straight for the meeting hall. Nata, Aksa, Caspian, and Helen, stood in front of the entrance of the building. While Lily, Val, and Rafa stood a little further behind them.
Then in the second carriage, down two Narva knights in armor whose protective plate surface was covered with scratches. One was seen carrying a long spear that was hung on his back, and the other was wearing a helmet tightly closed to his head. What Nata called Percival.
While the soldiers who accompanied them wore uniforms with protective iron plates of light blue with a red jewel right on his right chest. Carrying a sword on the waist, with a red jewel on the handle, which looks in line with the jewel on the chest. Also seen carrying a large shield hung on the back.
The uniform had never been seen worn by the Urbar royal warriors before. Which makes Nata guess, maybe the soldier is a special soldier or elite soldier.
Then after Caspian gave the sign, they all began to enter the meeting hall. From the Urbar royal party that entered the meeting hall was a man in blue and white, two of his aides, Percival, and a spear knight. Not to miss fifteen soldiers also entered to stand guard inside. Fifteen others were standing guard outside the building.
Then from the side of Pharos there are Aksa, Nata, Caspian, Rafa, and ten soldiers who entered the building. While Val and Helen stand guard outside along with twenty other troops.
There were two battle trains with drivers ready inside, standing guard on the east and west sides of the meeting hall.

Upon arrival inside, the man in blue and white clothes took a sitting position facing the entrance. In the midst of his two aides. While Percival and the spearheaded knight were standing behind them. Then fifteen warriors stood behind Percival and the spear knight.
And right at the table before the messenger of the Urbar kingdom, sat Nata and Aksa. While Caspian, Rafa, and Lily stand behind Nata and Aksa. And ten soldiers of Pharos stood behind Caspian, Rafa, and Lily.
And after seeing Nata and Aksa sitting in front of the table as representatives to negotiate, making the two aides were heard starting to file-specific.
The man in blue and white clothes looked surprised, but also seemed interested in the envoy from the Pharos region.
"Include my name Nata. I'm the one assigned to represent this meeting by the Pharos region" Nata just introduced himself.
"They sent a child in this meeting, it was a real insult" said one of the aides sitting on the left. He was then held back by the man in blue and white before starting to talk more.
"I'm sorry for the disrespect of my subordinates. My name is Chris. I was Urbar's royal advisor" the middle-aged man in blue and white clothes introduced himself. "I replaced Tyrion after he fled the kingdom" he continued.
"Well, nice to meet you, Mr. Chris" Nata said. "I've heard about you from some of my friends and acquaintances"
"I also feel good to meet you, Mr. Nata" Chris replied to Nata's pleasant remarks. "As I have heard, in the region of Pharos there lived a variety of tribes and races. It seems that the news is true" he added later after seeing Narva, Seithr, and Yllgarian coming with Nata.
"How are you, Mr Percival? Long time we did not meet" said Nata then greet Pacival.
"I'm fine, Mr. Nata" Percival's voice sounded far from behind his helmet.
"Oh, you know Percival?" Chris looked a little surprised.
"He once came to the southern gate of our territory, before the conflict between us occurred" Nata replied politely.
