12. War Preparation
"Do you think doing this is really necessary, Nat?" Lucia asked as she was back at her residence in the Central city.
"We do need to make such a shock stimulus, to make the opponent feel afraid and hesitant to attack us" replied Nata who was sitting next to him.
There were Nata, Aksa, Lucia, Lily, Rafa, Orland, Jean, and Caspian in the central room.
