19. The Tragedy of the Past
While Aksa, Rafa, and Luque went around visiting all places in the Pharos region. Starting from exploring Central city, to visit the village of the Yllgarians in the forest Sekai.
Get to know the Eastern villagers and miners on the eastern side of Sekai mountain, until visiting the Tempest and other small tribes in the southern region.
And finally, they headed to the reservoir village to see the lake and artificial waterfall.
Then night, Aksa, Nata, Lily, Val, Rafa, Couran, Haldin, Matyas, Go, Marco, etc, and Luque gathered around the campfire that was made in front of Aksa and Nata's tent not far from the mouth of the Cave of the Stars.
Shuri and Shyam from the Star of Fire, along with two Yllgarian bulls and bats, are being assigned to guard the area.
"This place is very different from what I remember" Luque said as he sat straightening his legs. Between Rafa and Lily.
"Have this place become a dead land, or before?" Nata asked in a joking tone.
"A long before that. I remember very well when the place inside the cave appeared for the first time. Maybe I was also in this position, back then" Luque replied as he pointed towards the mouth of the cave.
"Do you know what's in that cave?" Nata sounded surprised. And then his face started to look excited.
Everyone around the campfire looked excited as well. Because they also feel curious about what is actually behind the wall at the end of the cave.
Such as Couran, Rafa, Haldin, and also Go. They were even nearly naked advancing towards Luque.
While Luque seemed to be aware, that his words triggered everyone's curiosity. Then he looked to hold his sitting position.
"I was there when the place appeared, and I was also present when the place was sealed. By Janice, the leader of the Shuuran clan. After the great destruction that befell this land" Luque said later. Which makes the faces around him look more excited.
"And what's it all about?" Aksa immediately replied. "Surely a Particle Breaker, right?"

"Do you guys want to hear stories about this region before?" Luque's voice asked, in a seductive tone to those curious looking people.

"Alright, I'll tell you a tragedy from the past" Luque crossed his legs and shrugged his shoulders. He's ready to tell a story.
Everyone does the same thing. They positioned their bodies in order to hear Luque's story carefully.
"From the time when the Leafclas built civilization in the south, long before Narva was considered a nobleman, even long before the infighting between the Elves occurred, this place was known as the Land of Rhodes. The name taken from the gita puja of thanksgiving to the gods" Luque said as if he was storytelling.
"Life three tribes in this place. My tribe called Hagia lives south of the foot of Sekai mountain.
"Then there were the Pharos who built a small town on the coast on the west side.
"And the Ninue people who set up villages in the central region.
"This place was fertile. Filled with forest and savannah. Just like the area around the foot of Sekai mountain" Luque dissected his speech to sip warm tea in his glass.

"Then the Pharos began to learn and absorb the civilization of the Ninue tribe. And then, because the leader of the Pharos tribe was much wiser than the leader of the Ninue tribe, Pharos became a large and very prosperous kingdom. Defeated the Ninue civilization.
"The territory covers the southern mainland and the northern mainland. Perhaps you are aware why the Urbar kingdom area is called the central region when it is at the northern end of the Southern mainland. That was because that place was the center of the Pharos kingdom territory, once.

"People from the Ninue tribe then stormed into the city, to take over Mahan Staan. Because they wanted the power of that place to destroy the kingdom of Pharos.
"And in the end those people from the Ninue tribe managed to do it.
"The whole kingdom of Pharos was destroyed. Without leaving anything. Which then becomes the territory you call the land of the Dead" Luque searched again for his words. To wet his dry throat.
Everyone seemed to be listening to Luque's story carefully. No one tried to interrupt or cut.
"Maybe you have heard of the teachings of the Musvar school, the foundation of the Istar teachings that are many in the north.
