"It turns out you're completely unaffected by the power of controlling my time." Joe and Rei look at each other.
"What do you want?" Rei looked so calm as if nothing frightened him even though his feelings said that there would be danger threatening his safety.
"Do you? I've been looking for you since, and it turns out like I thought you were here. I'm looking for you, because there's some things I want to know about you."
"I have no business with you, so there's nothing we should talk about." Rei moved from his place ready to step. Joe threw his hand in the air which in an instant made an electric spark in his hand hit Rei's body.
Bzzz!
Rei was dragged quite far from his place. He grimaced as soon as the electric spark touched his body and injured him.
"You can't just leave. Because there's a lot I want to make sure about you." Joe stepped slightly closer towards Rei.
Rei tried to get up with a little limp. His hands were holding on to the iron fence that was nearby.
Rei managed to get up. Next to his hand was holding his wounded body, while the other was resting on the fence.
Rei looked at Joe sharply with his body slightly limp from Joe's attack.
"Capture him, and we take him," Joe told his men. They all nodded and rushed over to Rei.
Rei clasped tightly onto the iron fence that was his focus.
"Follow us!" One evolver pulled Rei's hand.
"Take me off! I'm not going anywhere with you!" Rei brushed off the man's hand until his grasp fell off.
"Are you going to come with us properly or should we force it?" Joe's approaching.
"I told you, I'm not going with you!" Rei was staring at him.
"So you chose the hard choice." Joe took out his smirk. His men again moved to catch Rei and pulled his body. Rei rebelled trying to free himself. But their numbers made him unable to move.
They pulled Rei's body and took him away from there. Rei dragged. He tried to stop in his place with all his might until he managed to make their steps stop. Rei stopped with his head bowed and his hands clenched tightly down there.
"I told you, I'm not going with you!" rei shouted as he stomped his hand forcefully. The bodies of the men instantly bounced away until they finally fell on the paved ground.
Rei stomped his hands and feet together. For some reason, but his body felt light to the point that in one hit his body floated in the air.
Joe and his men looked surprised at Rei who suddenly flew right in front of him. Without warning, water suddenly splashed out through the iron fence without them knowing.
Their bodies were swept away until they were dragged quite far from their original position. While Joe and his men are swept away by the suddenly moving water, Rei moves away from their place with his body floating in the air.
"A... What is it? Can he fly?"
"Pursue him, however we must catch him!" Joe woke up limped as the water receded. They all got up and ran.
