Tragedy 620 - Slipping off a cliff

"Derek!" One of the guards approached him.
Derek then turned to focus on the man who had just approached him.
"What are you doing here?" Derek put on a confused face.
"We should ask, what are you doing here?"
"I came here with the professor. But since there was something left on the ship, I came back for a bit. Then when I was about to go to the tower, I forgot the way and got lost here. Would you come to pick me up at the professor's request?"
"No. We're here because we're looking for an escaped evolver."
"uh? Any evolvers running away?"
"You didn't see it? He just fell this way."
"I've been walking here since, and I haven't seen anyone. Maybe he fell the other way."
"Dam. Then help us to find him!"
"But..., what about the professor?"
"Most importantly help us first! We'll take you to the professor."
"All right."
Derek followed their request and stepped following them in search of Rei.

Rei got up in limp.

Rei was lying down while feeling the pain crashing down on his body. Rei tried to catch his breath.
"Sick.." he said.
"R-it feels very painful.." Rei involuntarily cried. Tears wet both of his cheeks.
Rei really can't do anything. His energy ran out and his body was severely injured. Rei could only silently feel everything. Resigned to a situation that from the beginning was not on his side.
Rei was silent while looking at the blue sky there.
