"I'm fine," she said, removing Melinda's hand from her forehead.
"No. You're not okay. What have you done? Why is your body so hot? You ill? Weren't you okay last night?" Melinda's face could not hide her anxiety.
"I just soak in the bathroom for hours."
"What's? But why would you do that?"
"To hold back the other side of me. But, I really can't help it. I really can't control my body, or even stop my other side from showing up."
"You've taken your medicine?" ask Melinda.
Andrich was silent not answering. Melinda moved out of place, looking for a box of serum that the professor had given her.
"Battle exhausted?" Melinda glanced at him when she found the contents empty. The man just nodded slowly in response.
Melinda moved out of place. Put the box back in its place.
"I drink it too often. But still, the effect doesn't work" Andrich murmured.
Melinda remained silent without answering. The woman, now busy looking for something in the drawer in her kitchen room.
"Wait here!" Melinda ran towards the second floor of her apartment. Before long, the woman came back with one of her hands hidden behind her back.
Andrich did not realize that and was too busy gulping down his drink.
Melinda approached Andrich. Without warning, the woman immediately put a special handcuff on her wrist.
Andrich jerks. "What are you doing?"
"There's no other choice. We're back at base! At least, there we can have a supply of medicine for you."
"What's? Then why are you handcuffing me?"
"So you won't run away from me anymore."

Blam it!
Aland closed the door with his feet. He stepped in with all the groceries he bought.
Both of his hands carried two large bags of crackles filled with the food he bought.
Everyone's focus turned to her who had just arrived after going shopping for a few hours.
"You're home yet?" Lucy glanced at him.
"Yes. And I bought you a lot of food." Aland put all the food he bought onto the table.
"Well, thank you." William opened the contents wide and was busy looking for food that he liked.
"Why have you been so long? Did you go somewhere first?" ask Rei who saw Aland land his butt right next to Lucy.
"Supermarket's full. Besides, something caught my attention on the way home."
"What?"
Aland took out a piece of paper from the trousers he was wearing. He then thrust the object at Rei who was sitting next to Elvina and William.
The two cousins looked at the paper he saw. They rounded their eyes when they saw their photo on the paper with the writing of a missing person at the top listed with a large font.
"You're in search" said Aland. Although he did not understand the meaning of the writing, but from the photos and faces of women he met can be concluded that the leaflet paper he got was to find Rei, Elvina, and others, and William is considered lost.
"It's urgent. If our parents have started to spread leaflets like this, they have automatically asked the police for help to find us" muttered Elvina with an anxious look on her face.
"True," said Rei slowly.
