The LGE, or London Guardians Evolver, is a specialized agency dealing with cases of problematic evolvers in London.
Similar bodies are also found in certain major countries such as America, Australia, Russia, Japan, Korea, and China. But each country has a different name according to where the headquarters is located.
LGE is a special team of guard evolvers focused on capturing targets that have not been captured, or handling the case of other guard evolvers who cannot perform their duties properly. This is where it's LGE's job to take over everything and make sure the target is caught.
LGE itself is different from evolver guards in general who come and go to the headquarters when the task is completed. The LGE will remain in the country and ensure no other problems occur.
LGE, in collaboration with EA or stands for Evol Agent. Just like the spy agency in general, EA is also tasked with scouting the targets and making sure the circumstances are right before EA reports to LGE that the targets are ready to be ambushed.
In other words, EA are the ones looking for and scouting their targets then LGE is the one acting. But on that side, it is not uncommon to also clash between EA and LGE.
EAs that are essentially higher capability than LGEs, often act at will by tackling their targets without LGE assistance.
"Huft~" Helaan breathed heavily with a frustrated expression from his face.

The table in front of him in a great bustle so as to create a loud sound that made everyone aghast in shock.
"It's been a year, even more since the master ordered us to arrest him. But what are we doing? We always fail to catch that woman! Now how is the EA leader not big-headed, if our work is almost equivalent to the ordinary guard evolver ordered by the master?" his regret for all his men who are not good at handling this case.
All his men bowed with their mouths tight without the slightest sound.
"No wonder we failed because Lucy was a special target just like that IT genius. It's just that what sets them apart is that Lucy has more martial power than the IT genius," muttered one of her members.
"Our mission should be to complete this mission, not to continue to buy time and complicate the situation." Philip's upset isn't playing. He massaged his temple slowly.
"We put aside our mission on this one. Now I want to ask, have you told me about the fugitive they're looking for?" Philip switched the conversation.
"Sorry, but we dare not tell you about this sir. Because you'd be very angry if he knew we failed to catch them too." One of them explains.
"So you haven't told this to sir?!" His face was red withstanding anger. All his men shook slowly.
"Stupid! Master would be even more angry if we just keep quiet without telling him that the fugitive they're looking for is here?!" his screeches.
"Sorry, sir."
"Argh! Why do I always have to solve every other problem you make? You guys are really not that smart," grumbled Philip who then fiddled with his telecosys and immediately contacted Ron there.
