Tragedy 65 - Hold on!

On the count of three, the woman threw the two balls in her hand towards Joe and several evolvers who were trying to catch him. As soon as the thing was thrown, a thick puff of smoke instantly blocked their view.
Elvina immediately created a bubble-shaped force field shield with the rest of her strength, William moved pushing the shield and carried the three of them past the guard evolver on the left side.
Joe and some evolvers were coughing. They wagged their hands trying to remove the thick smoke that covered their sight.
They were shocked when they saw Elvina and the others had already disappeared from their pandan.
"Damn!" swear Joe who immediately ran along with some evolver earlier.
William pushed the ball until they made it to the exit. Lucky evolver guards who had stood guard there were busy struggling with the smoke created by the woman who was now running with them.
Elvina, William and the woman managed to arrive outside. There, they had no time to rest at all as the other guard evolvers started running towards them.
"There!" The woman pointed in the direction where the road was a bit empty.
William immediately spurred his steps towards the place in question. They ran towards the direction where the bushes were growing. But her third move spontaneously stopped along with Elvina who was running out of energy.
The three stopped with shocked faces, their eyes staring downwards where the high abyss was.
They turned around at the same time when they realized the evolver who was trying to catch them was not far from their standing position.
"You won't be able to run anymore" said one evolver with a faint smile at their shocked expressions.
Shit, what should we do? It's been this far. There's no way we caught them and went back in there, Inner Elvina. He tried to regulate his breathing, as well as William who tried to regulate the panic that plagued him.
"What should we do now? There's no way we're jumping, is there?" whispered William.
Elvina simply remained silent and stared intently at the evolver who had begun to slowly step towards them. A little more Elvina, William, and the woman, stepped back, and they would fall into the abyss behind them.
Elvina started to panic. Just as panicked as William. Beside them, the woman seemed so calm in the face of this situation. He was silent without a sound. His eyes looked back where the abyss was.
The woman's hand reached back into the bag that was coiled around her waist, she took out one small ball that was the same as the one before, but it seemed that there was only one more left.
"I have a plan" he said slowly. He looked at Elvina and William alternately for a moment before stepping over to mediate between Elvina and William.
He then threw a small ball in his hand at them. Smoke was again seen covering the eyes of the evolvers. The woman immediately pulled out something, pulling the bodies of Elvina and William until they could get right into her body. Next to his hand shot a device that immediately threw a rope to be tied to one of the trees below them.
"Hold on!" his shout interrupted, Elvina and William tightened their grip. They immediately slid down the gorge there simultaneously.
