Tragedy 99 - Rei and Joe

Silent. Not a single sound could be heard in there.
The day was getting late, and for hours Rei was stunned on the sofa with his head looking up at the ceiling of his room. He is currently in the middle room.
His brain was constantly being approached by the same question, since his last conversation with Elvina and William that discussed evolver.
Rei kept wondering in his mind. Is he an evolver? Is he part of them? But if he is an evolver, why hasn't he realized that all this time?
Rei tried to remember every detail of his past, hoping to find a little answer to every question that came to his mind. But again he could not find an answer at all.
Rei ruffled his hair in frustration. Thinking about all that, made his head hurt. Especially when he continues to try to remember events in the past that did not even produce any results.
"I need some fresh air" muttered Rei who then moved from his seat.
Rei stepped up to pick up his jacket and motorcycle keys, he was about to go get some fresh air and calm his mind for a while.

Rei pulled his bike over the side of the road where he first met Elvina. He took off the helmet that was placed on his head. Stepping towards the edge of the road, and standing behind an iron fence that directly faces the beautiful view of the high seas.
"This place has always made me feel calmer." Rei memonologist. His eyes were now staring straight ahead, right at the expanse of the sea that stretched for kilometers away.
Maybe I'll be here until Elvina or William come home so I can feel calmer, Rei said. He closed his eyes enjoying the gentle breeze that hit his handsome face.
For a moment, he did not want to heed the noise that enveloped his surroundings.
Rei opened his two eyes spontaneously once accidentally something like a dream flashed as his eyes closed. The same shadow when Rei saw Elvina fighting back then.
What was that? Why am I seeing him again? But why are they after me this time? inner Rei. In what he saw, Rei saw Joe with several men who suddenly appeared and surrounded him, as well as a place filled with dense plants everywhere.
Rei shifted his gaze. Looking towards the back. He felt something moving towards him. His premonition said there would be a menacing danger.
Rei spread his gaze around. His focus was immediately on the surrounding. Time suddenly stopped, frozen in position. The people who had originally passed around him suddenly stopped like stone statues, as well as the sea water that had originally moved around suddenly stopped moving.
They're here, Inner Rei. The sound of footsteps caught his attention. There, right from the direction he was looking at, Rei could see Joe stepping along with some of his men.
"It turns out you're completely unaffected by my time-control powers" said Joe, who stopped his footsteps a few feet from where Rei was standing.
