"Liana, can you accompany Leon to lunch? I couldn't keep her company, because I already had an appointment to have lunch with my best friend" Elvina said in English, smiling stiffly.
Lucy and Leon changed their expressions. Lucy could feel the jealous aura from Elvina, while Leon felt that something was wrong with Elvina's tone.
"What's wrong with you? Are you mad at me? You don't usually talk like this" Leon said confusedly.
"angry? Why am I angry with you? I'm just saying that I have an appointment with Linda and can't have lunch with you."
"No. I feel like there's something you're hiding. You why?"
"I'm fine" said Elvina.
"Elvina!" Linda shouted while waving her hand. Elvina turned her gaze towards the woman who was her best friend.
"I have to go." Elvina walked over to Linda.
Leon was silent, still with a confused face looking at Elvina who was now passing by with Linda. The two disappeared behind a wall into their office cafeteria room.
"It looks like there's been a misunderstanding" Lucy murmured.
Leon glanced at him.
"you mean? What kind of misunderstanding?"
"He's your girlfriend, isn't he?"
"Where do you know that?"
"From the way you look at him and your attitude towards him. Everything seems so obvious, and I also see that she's jealous of seeing me with you."
"There's no way he's jealous, we're just cousins. Why should he be jealous?"
"Have you explained anything about me?"
"Yes, I guess. So there's no way she's jealous."
"Even if you've told me about me, but this is the first time she and I have met. So misunderstandings can happen."

Elvina did not answer and just remained silent while staring blankly at the table they occupied.
The food in front of him was not even touched at all. Elvina only plays straws on her drinks.
"El!" Linda shook Elvina's shoulder until she woke up from her daydream.
"Eh? Yeah, why?" he said with a confused face.
Linda sighed. It was true as he suspected that his best friend was daydreaming.
"Why are you? Why have you been daydreaming since? What are you thinking?"
"uh? T. none," he seems.
"Then why are you daydreaming?"
"That's.." Elvina hung up her words, confused as to what to answer.

Lucy and Leon arrive at their table and sit right in the empty seats. Both of these attachments spontaneously shift to both.
"We didn't eat out because Leon said the food in the cafeteria was better. You don't mind if we join, do you?" Lucy spoke in English while looking at the surprised Elvina.
"Y. yeah, it's okay," he said stammered.
Linda was flabbergasted looking at Lucy who was sitting right beside her.
"God you're so beautiful" Linda muttered involuntarily. He looked at Lucy sparkling almost without blinking.
"What did you say?" Lucy doesn't understand Linda's words in Indonesian.
