"Thank you for helping me" said Lucia who had now arrived at the side of the deserted corridor. He tried to let go of his hand, but Rei instead tightened his grip.
"Does that mean, 'yes'?" Rei pressed the word finally.
"huh? A... What do you mean?" Lucia stammered, her face blushed and spontaneously she acted like an innocent pretentious. He forgot that Rei would finally ask for an answer to his request last time.
"Don't you say that the loser will make the winning request happen? So does that mean 'yes'?"
"M.. What did you ask of me?"
"I know you remember. But I'll say it again. I want you to be my lover, because I like you."
"I.. that.." Lucia stammered, she lowered her blushing head. Honestly, ever since he had clasped his hand, his heart had not stopped beating.
"You want to, right?"
"I. yes." murmured Lucia at last. That word was so hard to get out of his mouth.
"What's? I didn't hear it."
"I. yeah, I want to be your girlfriend." Lucia clarified her words with a timid face. Rei flashed a smile as the sentence finally flashed from his lips.
"That means starting today we're officially dating!"

A few days passed since Rei and Lucia had truly become lovers. News about them has spread to the rest of the school.
Rei's popularity made their name spread throughout the class. Many of Rei's fans were disappointed that Rei was finally no longer alone, but some of them also supported the relationship because they were basically a matching couple, equally smart and accomplished, besides beautiful and handsome.
Among the people who were disappointed at the news of Rei and Lucia's relationship. There's still Fandy, the man who can't accept Lucia with another man.
"Thank you for bringing me home." Lucia got off her bike. He removed the helmet that was originally attached to his head and gave it to Rei.
"No problem. Then I'll see you Monday." Rei smiled.
"It looks like I'm gonna miss you, this weekend." Lucia showed a gloomy face.
"We'll meet again when Monday comes. Besides, didn't you say you had business with your family tomorrow?"
"Yes, if only I could not come. But unfortunately my mom and dad forced me to come along. If I don't come, maybe we can spend the weekend together."
"Then, what about next week?"
"alright. Next week."
"Then I'll see you."
"Be careful on the road." Lusia smiled. Rei nodded slowly before finally turning around and speeding away from where Lucia was.
Lucia was silent looking at Rei who continued to run, driving her bike away until her figure continued to move away from where she was.
I don't know why, but I don't feel like parting with her. I wanted to spend more time with her, even for the whole day, thought Lucia. For no apparent reason, his heart was troubled. Reluctant to part with Rei like this.

Rei propelled his bike towards the road home. Along the way, his focus was only on the path he was on.

A white car suddenly appeared, drove nearby and pressed the horn repeatedly.
Rei turned his head towards the car that was now next to him. He did not understand what the driver wanted.
