"Rey!" A girl called out her name. Rei stopped his steps spontaneously and turned his head towards the direction the voice came from, there. A short girl walked out of the classroom and approached him.
"During your absence, how are you?" tanyakanya.
Rei raised his eyebrows next to her. Again. He did not remember who the girl was, but it seemed like they had a relationship that could be said to be quite close, especially after being examined from the way she spoke.
"My news is good" Rei said trying to ignore his question for a moment.
"Well, look at you. Now that you're getting taller, I'm losing height to you, when you were short. We used to be classmates too, but unfortunately not anymore. Haha..I miss cheating on homework on you." The girl chuckled at what she used to do.
Rei just silently tried to digest each sentence, after what he said, Rei was more and more convinced that they were close enough.
"Where are you going, by the way?" his tan disperse Rei's daydreams.
"I want to go to the library."
"Well, I'll see you later." He patted Rei's shoulder slowly. Rei feels the same way when he meets people from his past. Small electric shock.
"Then, I leave," said Rei who then turned around and stepped back.
Two other girls from her class had just returned from the school cafeteria, they rushed over to the girl when they saw Rei had just finished talking to her.
"Wi, is that Rei?" The tallest girl with a slender body asked.
"Yes, it's Rei."
"Is he that handsome from the beginning, or am I the only one to realize it?" The most beautiful among them stared at Rei without blinking.
"He was that handsome a long time ago. No wonder that since Junior High she has often been the target of many girls. Besides being handsome, he is also smart, and good of course," muttered Wika, the girl who had greeted Rei.
