Rei tried to catch his breath. Slowly he spread his gaze around, trying to find out where he was.
A fairly large room. The room was bright and Rei could clearly see every object in the room.
There was more than one table nearby, and on top of that table were so many strange objects that some of them were attached to his body. In the next instant, Rei realized that he was lying on the operating table.
Chequek!
The door opened, making Rei's attention shift towards the direction of the sound. In the doorway, there appeared an old man wearing a white doctor suit. The man was wearing quite thick glasses on his face.
The man slowly stepped into the room he was in.
"It turns out you're aware," said the man while fixing the position of the glasses propped up by his nose bangir. A smile rose between the wrinkles of his face.
Rei silently stared in full investigation at the man who was now standing before him.
"W-who are you? Why am I here? Unhand me!" rei shouted while rebelling, trying to break free.
"You don't have to worry. You're in a safe place, and I'll definitely let you go when you're really ready."
"What have you done to me?"
"Haha, looking at your reaction..., surely you think I will operate on you and take one of your organs for sale right? Just chill. I just made a little change in your body. The rest.., your organs are complete."
"W-what do you mean? What the hell are you doing? Unhand me!" Rei rebelled again, while the man just kept quiet while making a smile. He kept staring at Rei from behind his glasses.
Without saying another word, the man turned around and stepped away from Rei's room.
"Hey! Don't leave! Untie me?!" Rei shouted loudly at him.
Door tightly closed. But not a moment later it opened again and Rei saw the man stepped inside.
"Take me off!" rei shouted again while looking at the man.
The man looked calm. He approached Rei with a syringe in his hand that Rei was unaware of.
The man brought his face closer to Rei, whispering something in his ear.
"Calm down!" whispered.
Jem!
The needle was pierced right towards his tied hand.
"ARGHA!!" Rei screamed in pain as it pierced into his body. Moreover, the liquid that entered into it actually felt hot as if it was burning its body.
The man pulled the syringe. He stepped back several times until Rei could finally see what was within his grasp.
Rei who was still in a screaming state endured the pain, looked at the man fixedly. His gaze was slowly blurry, Rei could not see his figure clearly like before. But even so, Rei was still able to realize one thing that had escaped his attention.
Rei had just realized that the man who had just injected that thing into his body, was a completely different man from the one who had just arrived.
The man who was now standing was wearing a different color of clothing. Although with a similar suit, but Rei can realize it. Moreover, the man was not wearing glasses.
Faintly Rei saw the man's smile growing more and more.
His gaze grew increasingly blurred before finally, everything that Rei saw, turned into darkness.
