Lucy's focus shifts to the smoke she accidentally sees emerging from outside the window.
He rushed to the window in the library where he was. As soon as he looked out, he saw Andrich who was drugging Lucia.
Gotchas! This time I won't let you off the hook, Inner Lucy clenched her hand.
"Al, I found our target!" abugn.
"really? Where's?"
"Side park near the library."
"What's? All right, I'll be right there."
Lucy immediately opened the window in front of him wide, after which went up and checked the situation around the building where he was.
Lucy uses the head of the belt she is wearing and presses the button that is there which in an instant makes the rope with the hook thrown out.

"Of course, why not? And again, why did you come here and tell me? I can handle all this myself. So I don't need your help. You better go, don't bother my business." Andrich waved, giving gesture as if to drive Melinda away from him.
Melinda belittles. Andrich was a truly arrogant and ungrateful person, especially after the man toyed with his body.

"What do you mean?"
"I should have confronted Rei, and arrested him. But I have another idea using Lucia. So, I'll take Lucia away while you make sure to catch Rei."
"Can't! Just yummy. Who do you think you are? Dare to rule the law."
"I'm doing this to help you too. Hear that! Right now you are in an unstable state, just now you almost made the girl fall in your arms. You almost did what you used to do. So, at least with me taking Lucia, I can make sure she comes to the lab safely without even being touched by you!"
Andrich was silent to Melinda's words. Indeed, he is currently in a less stable condition, where he still feels unable to control the endocrine system in his body, and regulate his neurotransmitters to remain stable.
