Tragedy 502 - Mads

Mads, the man turned his focus towards the sound and found Annika standing at the entrance.
"Friends, what is this about" he said, still trying to gather his consciousness. Once there, he rounded his eyes as soon as he saw Professor Ian's laboratory destroyed.
"Annika, run!" derek shouted towards him.
"What?"
"Go, don't come here!" pricilla shouted towards him.
Annika was trying to process what happened. He's still confused. But Pricilla and Derek kept shouting ordering her to leave.
"Run. Get professor!" yell at them again.
"B.. all right," Annika said in a panic. He immediately turned around. To escape as Derek and Pricilla ordered.
"Nobody can get out of this room!" Mads moved her hand towards the door to create an explosion in front of Annika.
"Yeah!" Annika spontaneously shouted while protecting her head.
Derek moved his hand. Holding back the ruins that almost hit his head with his strength.
"Run, hurry!" derek shouted at him.
Annika opened her eyes and immediately ran from there.
"Your opponent is me!" Derek looked at her sharply.
"Of course my opponent is you. But because of you, you've made other people victims too. I have to hope with you!" Mads smiled at him.
"Don't hurt anyone else, because the person you want is me."
"Much talk!" Mads threw out his hand which in an instant created a huge explosion of fire that instantly aimed at Derek and Pricilla.
Bruk!
Derek and Pricilla fell on the floor injured. The brand's body was exposed to sparks from the explosion created from his abilities.
"I don't want much nonsense, you better come with me without much resistance." Mads approached him by clenching both of his hands.
I won't give up just like that, Derek thought, moving both hands.
One time a beat. And Mads' body immediately crashed far from its original position.
"My research results. I have to save her." Derek got limped.
"Derek.." Pricilla tried to get up and help him, but his body was too weak to move.
Derek rushed to the table to clear up all his research.
"It's not that easy!"
Duarr!
Mads blew up all his research before Derek could save everyone.
The crane retreated a few meters from his desk. Try to avoid the fire that is burning there.
Both eyes widened to see the entire paper containing the results of his research, complete with his research materials burned to ashes.
"No. The results of my research.." Derek lamented everything.
His emotions slowly increased until he reached the crown. He clenched both his hands.
"You'll never do this research again for good, Derek!" Mads.
Derek glanced at him with emotion.
He stretched out both his hands. Focused all of his energy on both of his palms.
"You've ruined all my hard work, and I won't let you just walk away!" Derek clenched his hands to make all the objects there float in the air.
Pricilla was stunned to see this angry Derek. Never had he seen a Derek like this.
"What are you capable of?" Mads smiled underestimating him.
Derek threw his hand at Mads. All the objects floating on his control spontaneously flew towards Mads.
Mads stop. He smiled at Derek's emotions.
