After talking to Henry, Will has a lot of questions in his head but decides to throw them in his mind for now.
He's headed straight to Wheel Works Studios. Meet Carl, and George, who also came to see the contract procedure.
Will's new lawyer, Jason Grace, has also arrived at the office, even before he. He is a senior lawyer of Walters Law Firm, one of the largest law firms in America. It can be easily compared to the Latham & Watkins of Will's past life.
(A/N - Latham & Watkins is a well-known law firm in America)
Although the cost is slightly above average, so is the service. And he was recommended by Benjamin himself.
George also called his lawyer, and they began discussing the contract.
They agreed to the clause that if 8% of overall revenue exceeded Will's initial down payment of $200rb, then Wheel Works Studio would have to pay back $200rb to Will, and they would only save 8%.
They decide how they will market the film.
The first clause was by Will himself that the film had to enter the Annual Film Festival, which was easily approved by George and Carl.
After that, the advertising and marketing clauses came in, which consumed Will's brain a lot as there were a lot of things to look out for in this regard. They have to decide the exact amount they will spend on it, from attending reality shows to promoting movies to posters and a lot of that sort of thing.
Will also emphasized getting an online marketing team, which was actively debunked by the CEO and head of distribution of Wheel Works Studios.
But Will did not back down because he knew the importance of online marketing, especially for the film that pioneered this online marketing strategy in 1999.
After that, there were some clauses that created a small rejection of each other, but overall, his contract went pretty smoothly.
Then, after the two sides signed the contract, Will told them about the phone he got from Henry Matt, CEO of Lauson Studios.
"That's .... I'm pretty worried he might try to enter the Annual Film Festival."
George said what was on his mind, which Will agreed with because he also felt that Henry would enter the film festival as well, it would explain why he opted out for his film later. A movie shot on a camcorder can be a good attraction, it will interest people, and as long as it is good enough, it will leave a good impression on the crowd.
Then, after everything is done, Will bids farewell to George and Carl, collects the original documents from each document and leaves a copy of the xerox to Jason.

2 October 2010
It had been a month since the signing of the contract, and Wheel Works Studios was busy promoting the film to its full potential.
Will follows the true marketing strategy of [The Blair Witch Project], which makes the lead actor disappear from the crowd. He was sure it would pose a problem for the actors involved, but it wouldn't be that bad because they used fictional names rather than real names.
The Annual Film Festival is approaching, and Will is already waiting for where his film will be brought.
Shortly after, the film festival arrived. It was held in San Francisco.
The Annual Film Festival conducts screenings of the participating films, where it will meet all kinds of assessors and critics. For the most part, movies with famous directors and actors have crowded screenings, and when the show ends, successful films will be awarded.
Will is an independent film with relatively low odds of garnering a large audience, he decides to use the marketing tactics that the team [The Blair Witch Project] has used before and asks Carl to create a missing poster from the film's lead.
When Will arrives at the film festival, he sees a group of paparazzi outside the venue.
The place was in a large building with such posters and decorations outside it.
Huge crowds gathered outside as famous people from Hollywood continued to arrive in their cars.
Some journalists who have entry permits are in tight security.
The paparazzi, which had only one moto, and it was collecting a spoon, did not miss a single second as the sound of blinks, shots, and camera clicks echoed throughout the place.
The commotion only escalated when famous actors like Alex King & Kyle Myers entered the venue. When Will reaches the guarded entrance, he takes out his invitation and shows it to the security guards, who let him in.
The Wheel Works team had arrived before and did as Will had asked.
Although the actors were invited as well, Will did not bring them all because of his plans.
When people walked through the hallway and saw the movie posters that would be displayed at the film festival, people saw something unusual.
There are posters of missing people with names like Mike, Josh, and Heather, along with a movie poster titled [The Blair Witch Project].
It managed to attract the attention of the public, as reporters who were allowed to enter began clicking photos and writing articles on their whiteboards.
Will, who had done all this, quietly walked through the passageway towards the screen designated for the [Blair Witch Project] with a smile on his face.
As he reached the area where the screening of [The Blair Witch Project] was going to take place, he found Jeffrey, Carl and George talking amongst themselves.
The marketing team managed to gather a few spectators, but the large hall still seemed empty with empty seats, only a few seats filled.
As Will approaches the three, they shake hands with him and try to comfort him by saying that 'The screening of the film has not started yet, more people will be coming soon.
Will just smiles hearing it and thanks Carl for following his instructions and posting the missing poster. Carl is still at a loss as to why Will asked him to do that; he doesn't need to ask for answers as he realizes that the number of filled seats is starting to increase rapidly once Will enters.
