As time passed, the [Sherlock Holmes] box office began to slow down. The main reason is because all prospective viewers have seen the film. However, it managed to generate $2-$3 million every day which many movies will struggle with.

After nearly a month of recruitment, Amanda managed to gather most of the staff needed and most of them were promising candidates that she had handpicked among those who passed the interview.

When the site posted that recruitment was shut down, many people started asking for internship opportunities. Due to [Sherlock Holmes]' recent popularity, many film school graduates want to intern at Dream Vision.

Amanda has received several promising candidates as interns and they have been promised a reassessment of employees as long as they prove themselves useful in the following year. All the apprentices happily agreed to the condition.

The first round of DTA auditions began with a total of over 5000 resumes and audio clips from around the world. Not to mention this only adds to the workload of the team and comes as an opportunity to test newly recruited candidates.

Amanda told them to pick the promising ones while disqualifying the ones that were not good or the ones that were only sent for trolling. Most of them are serious applications. And then Amanda told the existing team to reassess the decision of the new recruits.

Since they were still on probation, Amanda had the full right to expel them if they did not work well or were just lazing around. When this news was announced to all employees, everyone worked extra hard to become a Browny Amanda board member.

Amanda continues to be preoccupied with all the work, and as the workload increases with the size of the business, she must get a secretary for herself. Will agrees to this decision and even asks Amanda to recommend someone to be his secretary. After all, she had relied on Amanda for all the things a secretary should have done and she already felt bitter about it.

Amanda agreed to send her the best candidate resume she could make. After all, Will was a hot commodity at the moment and not just anyone could qualify to be his secretary. After all, a secretary is someone who has access to many of the secrets of the people or organizations they work for.

Even though they have to sign confidentiality contracts, some still break them and can cause irreparable harm to the employer. That's why Amanda traced all her life memories to pick the best people she could think of for the job. After all, not many people are trustworthy and have a deep understanding of the Hollywood industry.

After a day, Amanda actually found someone. It was someone he had worked with before. She is an independent woman and someone who will work hard for something they want to achieve. Amanda had a deep impression of him because of how he behaved around his previous employers.

She is the secretary of a famous actress and has worked with her for many years. She stopped working with the actress because she was accused of leaking information. Although she won the court case, it turned out that the actress had leaked the information herself to an outsider when she was drunk.

She was kicked out of work because of the actress' ego, which affected her career. Although he was proven innocent, he got unwanted scars in his career and hence, has acted as an agent in the market.

Amanda had told Will and Will agreed to meet him immediately. After all, the people who suffer without committing any crime are the ones who become vindictive to the whole society or are grateful to the one who reached out in time.

Will wants to be the last for her. Although it was like taking advantage of someone and making him somewhat guilty, he could not think of a better way to obtain more loyal subordinates.

"Lake in."

Someone knocked on Will's office door and Will told them to go in without moving his head, while continuing to type furiously on his laptop.

"Excuse me."

A melodious voice entered Will's ears as he subconsciously looked up, only to lose his soul for a moment.

A girl so beautiful that only in a fantasy story will she appear, is how Will portrays the girl in front of him.

“You are here to give an interview for my secretary position. But you were expelled by your previous employer on charges of leaking his personal information. Really true?"

“I was proven innocent with a big win from my side. Although I will not mention who is actually at fault, my employer has previously leaked the information itself to third parties. I was hired as a secretary and did my job to the best of my ability.”

Will knew it. Amanda has testified that she was a good choice and that she was the best Amanda could do. Winning a lawsuit doesn't matter because his career is ruined one way or another. Amanda can empathize with her as a fellow woman in the industry and wants to help her.

“What is your best selling point? If you have to choose one of your quality.”

Will move on to the next question without outlining the previous problem.

"I have good lips."

Alexia said and Will involuntarily looked at the flower-like lips and smiled. What he meant was that he was quite good at keeping secrets and keeping his lips closed. It was funny coming from someone who was accused of leaking secrets but it was just talking about his confidence.

After a few more questions, Will asked another question.

“You yourself should realize how handsome you are. Doesn't that get you in trouble?”

Will asked another question. This was not one of the questions he had prepared for, but it was something he asked out of genuine curiosity. Saying that beautiful Alexia would be an understatement, she could outperform many Hollywood actresses. But sometimes having something in access causes more problems than praise.

“Why do you think I only have a record of working with 1 person only, that is also an actress? Even after that lawsuit, there were a lot of men who wanted to recruit me, but they were just after my body. And I am more interested in being a successful woman than a successful toy ***.”

Alexia replied with a smile. To that end, Will immediately questioned him again.

"What makes you think I'm not going after your body?"

“You can try it if you want. But I already know you're not the type of person who would do that. And you have a boyfriend too. A certain someone has risked their credibility on the fact that you won't even touch me.”

Will just chuckles at hearing it. Amanda risked her credibility, it showed how much she trusted Will. Because Will has answered all the questions and Alexia answered all of them confidently and firmly. There was no doubt left in Will's mind about Alexia's abilities. How does he really work? Only time can answer.

After some formalities, Will sends her out and calls Amanda to his office. He tells her that he can hire Alixia as his PA and she can start working as soon as she is ready. For some reason, Amanda was so happy, looking like a child who had helped a friend in need and now feels proud.

Amanda also tells Will that Jennifer has joined the DTA as a senior agent and is now directly under Jeffrey, the interim head of the DTA.

“Talking about Jeffrey, that guy is really something. He has successfully persuaded many agents from the free market and even some other agents to join the DTA. Most of their resumes are currently under the supervision department and we can recruit them as soon as they are done with their interview.”

Amanda tells Will during the talk and Will is surprised that his Doraemon is still speeding though he is not very experienced in the Talent Agency market.
