Chapter 106 Marriage without love

At home, Raymond was in his study. He saw the video going viral on social media when his wife beat and berated Velicia. Her fingers moved to stop the video and raise the image of Velicia sitting on the street after being pushed and beaten by Tania.

“Are you going to sell this house?” velicia asked as she turned to her husband and looked at him seriously.

Ferdi sat down on the chair next to Velicia and he turned his head towards Velicia when his wife was asking him. Then he said,

“Iya. I advertised it for sale. Why?”

“So someone came to look around and they said if they had contacted Mas Ferdi,” Velicia said as she looked straight ahead, towards the street.

“Have they come here?” ask Ferdi back.

Velicia nodded her head in response to the question her husband had asked her. She was speechless and just stared straight ahead, without looking at her husband.

“May anyone fit in and buy it soon,” Ferdi said as he looked straight ahead, towards the streets.

Velicia turned to her husband. She looked in wonder at her husband while saying, She looks up,

“Why should it be sold? Isn't this house to your liking?”

Velicia sighed and closed her eyes. Then she looked at her husband while saying, 'Well,

“Mas Ferdi, please let me go. I beg.”

Ferdi sighed. Then he turned his gaze in the other direction and said,

“I didn't hear anything. Our relationship remains the same. I am your husband. And you are my wife. You will remain the Mother of Lili and the Mother of Love. Everything stays the same. Nothing has changed. In my life there will be no divorce. Let's just say we've played with fire and we're done playing it. So, please forget everything.”

Velicia closed her eyes and sighed many times when she heard the words from her husband. Then she looked at her husband while saying, 'Well,
