Chapter 111 Before the storm

“What did you come here for?” asked Anisa's mother in annoyance.

“Oh that.. Look Mom, Mr. Ferdi is not coming to work, so I am worried,” said a woman while smiling at Ms. Anisa.

“Why should you worry about my son? You are not who she is, so you do not have to worry about her,” said Ms. Anisa with a sniffle.

“Pak Ferdi hurts what?” lani asked with a look of pity at Ferdi.

Ferdi misbehaved to hear what Lani was asking. He could not answer honestly what he was asking. And he has not prepared an answer if asked by others about his sick leave.

“What do you need to come here?” asked Ferdi nervously.

“I brought food for Father. I'm afraid you don't eat because no one is taking care of you Lani replied with a sweet smile at Ferdi.

“Come in,” said Ferdi as he turned his back and walked into the house.

Lani smiles happily to hear Ferdi telling her to go inside his house. While Bu Anisa sighed to see Lani's joyful smile that seemed to have achieved her goal.

“Don't be long, you will only add to the problem if you are in this house,” said Bu Anisa warned Lani when she will step her foot into the house.

Lani gulped her saliva hearing the warning from Bu Anisa who was looking at her with a dislike and very scathing look at her.

Lani placed the food on the living room table where Ferdi was sitting on the chair. Confidently Lani walked towards the chair close to Ferdi's seat.

However, when he was about to sit down, there was a voice that shocked him as well as stopping him.

“Already, you better just go home now. Let Ferdi rest to heal quickly,” said Bu Anisa with a ketus and looked at him with an intimidating look.

Lani gulped her saliva looking at Bu Anisa's gaze on her. He felt that he would not be able to calmly chat with Ferdi if there was Bu Anisa among them.

All right, better now I'm just going home. Tomorrow I can come here again. Ok Lani, you must remain eager to achieve your wishes. As Mr. Ferdi told you, don't give up on getting your wish, Lani said in her heart.

Ferdi was silent. She doesn't want to bother with her mother and Lani. He understood his mother who could not give in to arguing with others.

Ferdi nodded his head without saying anything to Lani. While Lani smiled wryly seeing Ferdi not saying anything to her. Even he had not had time to sit on the chair, but Ferdi seemed to not care about him.

“Excuse me Mom,” said Lani saying goodbye to Bu Anisa while walking past her.

Lani's smile suddenly expands. The disappointment that he had felt because Ferdi did not care about his arrival, now changed with pleasure because of Ferdi's attention even though only through words.

A few hours later, Anisa came home from Ferdi's house. He was expelled by Ferdi because Bu Anisa who was unceasingly nagging at him.

A few hours later Tania came to Ferdi's house. She only told Ferdi the plan she had for her husband.

“What's your next plan?” tania asked Ferdi who looked disheveled.

Ferdi just kept quiet because he did not have any plans for his wife so he could not say anything to Tania.

Tania sighed to see Ferdi who seemed to just slump without having any plans. Then he said back,

“Will you divorce Velicia if she comes back later? I'm not going to divorce Raymond no matter what. After she comes back, I'll take her overseas to get away from your wife. So, strengthen yourself to face your wife and execute our plan.”

After that she stood up from her seat and left Ferdi without saying anything to him when he came out of the Ferdi house.

Elsewhere, Velicia and Raymond really enjoyed their togetherness. In that place, in a mountainous area with very beautiful scenery and very fresh air, they toured the area around by bicycle.

“I love you so much Ve,” whispered Raymond in Velicia's ear.

Velicia's heart seemed to be filled with flowers, her stomach felt like it was tickled and her heart was beating so fast that it could be felt by Raymond.

“I also love you so much Ray,” whispered Velicia in Raymond's ear with her face blushing in shame.

The night before, they also sleep after doing some of their romantic activities all day like teenagers who are dating.
