I Fall in Love Wrong
Chapter 13 A Attention

Tired, the word had already spoken from Velicia's lips. He seemed to be tired of his heart, mind and strength. Everything he has done since seemed meaningless now. And now he feels like giving up.

In his heart he wanted to fight, but his body was weak as if forbidding him to fight for it.

Walk Velicia towards her room. He ignored everything. Ignoring the messy state of her house and ignoring Lili, their adopted cat who is considered to be like her own child by Ferdi.

"Here you go, I have to rest first. My body doesn't feel strong anymore. Let Mas Ferdi take care of everything. I wonder if she is capable of doing it" Velicia said softly as she walked by holding onto every single thing she passed.

His body was very weak and of course his stomach was very sick to be sure if he could not move for now.

Without thinking of anything Velicia laid her body on the bed. His eyes easily closed after he took the medicine given to him by the doctor.

Whether he had been asleep for how long, he suddenly woke up because he was disturbed by the sound of a telephone ringing that forced his way into his sense of hearing so that he managed to disturb his sleep.

"Emmm..," Velicia moaned as she rubbed her eyes to force it open.

He picked up his cell phone lying on the table next to his bed.

His eyes were peeking at the name of the contact who was on his phone screen.

Raymond. The name is now clearly displayed on the screen of the phone.

Is this really Raymond calling? How can? How could he call me? And I don't keep her name either, Velicia said in her heart.

The ringing of the phone came back when it had been a few seconds ago to be a missed call because Velicia had been wondering for too long in her heart that the phone had come to a halt.

Now the phone rings again. With hesitation Velicia lifted him up.

Velicia was silent because she felt she did not know the caller. But, when he heard Raymond's voice from across the street, his lips curved upwards and in his heart he was grateful that Raymond who was calling was the Raymond he knew.

Ve, you're okay, right? I sent you a message earlier. And there's no reply from you. I was just worried about you Ve, Raymond immediately said all his worries over the phone.

Velicia smiled. The smile adorned his face which still looked pale.

"I'm fine Ray. You don't need to worry," Velicia replied with a smile even though Raymond couldn't see it.

How can I not worry Ve. You were very pale and your body was very weak. I'm not sure you can take care of yourself at home. You better stay in the clinic, said Raymond with a worried tone from across.

"Thank you Ray. You're very attentive to me. I didn't like being in the hospital or clinic. And also I feel more comfortable resting at home," Velicia said with a faint smile.

Have you eaten? asked Raymond in a worried tone.

"My mouth is bitter Ray, it feels like I have no appetite" Velicia replied in a limp voice.

Not only was his mouth bitter so as not to lust for food, his limp body even made him reluctant to move anywhere for the time being.

I had guessed. Even though your mouth is bitter and does not desire to eat, at least you have to force to eat even a few spoons so that your stomach is filled. And also before taking the medicine you should eat first Ve, said Raymond back from across there.

"Okay, dear Mr. Raymond. Later if you don't drown anymore. I was still lazy to move on to cook food," Velicia said weakly.

Soon there will be a courier who will deliver the porridge for you. I have ordered porridge in the hope that you will eat it, said Raymond firmly as if not to be denied.

"Ray, why are you doing that? You helped me to take me to the clinic I'm so grateful. You're so nice, Ray. I'm grateful to have a friend like you" Velicia said with tears in her eyes.

Truly Velicia did not expect that from Raymond. She expected that everything Raymond did today could be done by Ferdi, her husband. Until she felt her tears drip by themselves.

I told you Ve. You're my first friend in this area. And it is only natural that we are friends helping each other, said Raymond in a soft voice sounded very attentive even though only by phone.

The sound of Velicia's bell signifies that there are guests visiting her house.

"Ray, there's a bell. Looks like there's a guest. I open the door first huh," Velicia said in a weak voice.

Looks like it's the courier delivering the porridge for you Ve. Don't turn off the phone. I want to hear it, if the courier is on time I will definitely give it five stars, Raymond said, chuckling at the end of his speech.

Velicia smiled at Raymond's joke. Then he said,

"All right, just wait a minute. I'll open the door."

Velicia got out of bed. With all his strength he walked limped and held on to every object around him.

Occasionally he grimaced with the pain in his stomach. Until his hands squeezed his stomach and bit his lips to endure the excruciating pain on his stomach.

With her phone still on, Velicia met the person who had rang her house bell.

"With Velicia's mother?" ask a man who wears the food delivery courier attribute.

Velicia nodded her head while saying,

"Yes, I'm alone."

"This is Ma'am's order," said the courier while giving the box of food he brought.

"Thank you Mas" Velicia said after receiving the food box.

Velicia went back inside her house. His steps were very slow, even he was impressed to drag his feet so that he could quickly get into his house.

His body was still very weak and was in pain everything from head to toe. And what he felt varied.

This stomach disease was the worst enemy for Velicia. Because he was very rarely sick, never even got sick more than just fever, flu and cough.

Ve, is that really the porridge I ordered for you? asked Raymond from across the street who was still connected to Velicia.

Velicia placed her phone in her ear by holding it against her shoulder as her hands opened the food box she had just received from the courier.

"Yes Ray is right. Thank you very much Ray for all your help" Velicia said with a wry smile.

He greatly appreciated Raymond's attention and help. It was just that she smiled wryly when she saw the porridge because it was not from her husband.

Very disappointed with her husband. The man who rules over her husband is not as attentive as his male friend.

Eat Ve. Then drink the medicine and rest. I'll hang up. May you recover quickly Ve, said Raymond sincerely.

"Thank you Ray. I'll follow all your orders" Velicia said half-jokingly.

Raymond's loud noise came from the phone before it was completely disconnected.

Velicia stirred up the porridge and stuffed it slightly into her mouth,

"Should I be sad about this? Or should I be grateful to have a friend like Raymond when Mas Ferdi didn't notice me?" velicia asked herself with a bitter smile.
