Chapter 109 A night filled with stars

“It turns out the stars here look more beautiful,” Velicia said with a smile amazed to see the stars scattered in the night sky.

Raymond smiled looking at her female expression which was very soothing to his heart. Then he said,

“It must be very hard today for you,” Raymond said seriously while looking at Velicia's face.

Velicia turned her attention from the vast sky to the man she loved. Then he said,

“No. It's not heavy at all for me. Because I'm not alone. I'm sure the brightest stars will come to help people who are lost and desperate to find a way.”

“Then, what is your destination now?” asked Raymond enthusiastically.

“You don't know if the star just came to us?” velicia replied with a smile on Raymond.

“So...” Raymond hung up his words, hoping that Velicia would finish what she said.

“I've found my current destination,” said Velicia while smiling sweetly at Raymond.

Raymond smiled happily. She felt relieved because what she planned really made Velicia happy.

Velicia wrapped her hands around Raymond's arm sitting next to her. Then he leaned his head on the shoulder of the man he loved so much while gazing at the sparkling stars beautifully in the vast expanse of the night sky. In his heart he said,

Even if tonight is our last night together, I won't regret how far we've gone today.

They completely forget their partner who may now be restless and restless looking for both of them. Love and wanting to have each other make them let go of everything, for the sake of happiness they desperately want to achieve and have never felt in their entire lives.

The next morning, Velicia woke up and she did not find Raymond next to her. He was anxious and panicked.

“Ray…! Ray…! Ray, where are you?!” yelled Velicia while going down the stairs.

He heard a voice coming from the kitchen. And he sighed in relief when he saw the back of the man he loved was doing something there.

“Ray, I'm looking for you,” Velicia said as she wrapped her hands around Raymond's waist and hugged him from behind.

Raymond turned his head and smiled looking at his woman's morning face. Then he twisted his body and wrapped his hands around Velicia's waist and hugged her.

After a while, he let out a slight hug and looked at Velicia's face as he said,

“The air here is very fresh. I took a walk to buy vegetables. I want to cook for you.”

“Cooking?” chirped Velicia as if she did not believe what Raymond had said.

Raymond smiled as he nodded his head. Then he showed Velicia what materials he was preparing while saying,

“Look.”

“Wah. Is it because here the mountainous area, so the vegetables can be this fresh?” velicia said with sparkling eyes looking at the vegetables in front of her.

Raymond held onto both of Velicia's shoulders and led her to sit on a chair not far from where she was cooking while saying,

“Sit here. I'll cook for you.”

“Here there are only vegetables that can be cooked. Don't you mind?” asked Raymond while peeling the vegetables.

“I don't mind Ray, as long as you cook it for me,” Velicia replied with a smile seeing the man she loved was cooking something for her.

Velicia smiled, she was so happy to be treated like that by a man, let alone that man loved her so much. She had never been treated that way by her husband. She even felt like a maid, not as a wife.

After a while, the food that Raymond had cooked was finished. She invites Velicia to eat in the gazebo behind the house that has a garden there. The atmosphere is very beautiful, refreshing and soothing.

“Very peaceful if you can stay here,” Velicia said as her eyes skimmed around the place.

“Do you want to stay here Ve? I told Tania's parents that I would divorce Tania,” Raymond said after swallowing her food.

Velicia looked at Raymond while smiling at him. She did not answer Raymond's question, but she knew that Raymond knew more than just what kind of answer Velicia would give her.

In a different place, Ferdi was frustrated in his home. She called Velicia's phone which she had been unable to reach since last night. This time he also still tried to contact his wife's phone, but the results remained the same. Only the voice of the operator was heard.

Feeling very frustrated, he immediately dialed the police number and reported his wife as a missing person.

“Halo, I want to report that it has been since yesterday my wife did not come home. Can you track his whereabouts using his phone?” ferdi asked a policeman who was across the street by phone.
