The sound of the vehicle horn that was earthy made Raymond forced to close the rear car door that had been opened. Immediately he moved to the front door and opened it to sit in the front seat next to the driver.

Tania looked at her upset husband who preferred to close his eyes instead of talking to her. But he couldn't nag her more anymore as the honking sounds of some vehicles came back.

Some people were screaming from inside their cars. That made Tania have to immediately drive forward her car even though she still wants to argue with her husband.

Tania glanced at her husband who was still closing his eyes. I don't know if Raymond was just pretending to be asleep or he was actually asleep.

After Tania parked her car in front of their house, Raymond opened his eyes. After that Raymond rushed down from the car and walked into his house without waiting for his wife.

Tania smiled sinisterly looking at her husband who was walking into her house while saying,

“It turns out you're actually pretending to be asleep. Just look at Ray, I'll make you back to being Tania's Raymond who always obeyed me like I used to.”

After that Tania went inside the house and she looked for her husband's whereabouts in her study. She smiled when she saw her husband lying with his eyes closed and wearing a blanket over his waist on their bed.

Apparently you're really sick Ray. I thought you were in your study and reading your books to avoid me. Turns out I was wrong. I will treat you even better from now on, Tania said in her heart.

Tania left the room to let her husband rest. He walked towards the kitchen to grab a cold drink in the fridge. Still with the refrigerator door open, Tania drank orange juice that had been poured into her glass. Suddenly he remembered something.

He took his cell phone out of his pants pocket. Then he fiddled with the phone and smiled as he said,

“Alright, we will meet soon and have fun.”

Velicia's phone notification sounds. Ferdi, who was in the room, turned to his wife's phone. Somehow Ferdi was eager to find out his wife's phone which lately never slipped from his hand.

Velicia smiled faintly at the words of her husband. With her hands still drying her hair using a towel, she said,

“Not like it anymore. We have never enjoyed time together because Mas Ferdi is busy with others.”

“Mother, don't start again. I really want to make our relationship go back to what it used to be. And one more thing, lately I've been acting really shitty. And that's because I'm stressed about my job. I've consulted with the doctor about it. Believe me..,” said Ferdi trying to explain to his wife by giving her a hand.

Looks like this is the best. I'll try it first. Hopefully things will come back the way they used to, Velicia said in her heart.
