Chapter 84 Historic cafe

“Honey, let's get up. I will take you for a walk,” Tania said as she moved her husband's body that was still asleep.

Raymond did not open his eyes, he instead faced the other way so as not to be disturbed by his wife.

Tania did not want to give up, she still tried to wake her husband by moving his body again while saying,

“Come awake. Why are you so lazy like this these few days?”

“This is a weekend, I want to laze around. I'm lazy to do anything,” said Raymond with eyes still closed.

“Cannot. Precisely because it is now weekend, so we have to spend time together,” Tania said while trying to sit her husband's body.

Raymond sighed after his body was successfully sat by his wife. He looked at his wife with a beautiful look. Unfortunately, his wife still with his wishes.

Raymond said in his heart.

Without saying a word, Raymond immediately got out of his bed and walked lazily towards the bathroom.

“Yes,” Tania said softly while moving her hands like she was celebrating.

A few minutes later, Raymond was out of his room looking good. She approached Tania who was reading the newspaper while drinking her homemade coffee.

“Where are we going?” asked Raymond who was already sitting in front of Tania.

Tania turned her attention away from the newspaper to her husband who was now sitting in front of her. After that he folded the newspaper he read earlier while saying,

“We will have fun today,” replied Tania with her bright smile.

Raymond scrunched his forehead as he looked at his wife as if he wanted to ask her something. But he stopped it because he did not want to argue back with his wife. Not because he was afraid of Tania, but he was lazy to fight with his wife who would end up making them quarrel and he again got a lecture from both parents Tania.

“We will take a walk to beautiful places. Please take me to places like that. Would you like my husband?” tania said holding Raymond's hand on the dining table where they were sitting at the moment.

Raymond looked at his wife's face that looked very happy. He could not bear to make his wife's happy smile become sadness. Finally, with a sense of laziness and heavy heart, Raymond followed his wife's will.

In the morning, Raymond took his wife to the city park, which Tania wanted to visit when she first came to the city. The atmosphere was very crowded and many small children were playing with both their parents.

Seeing the children playing, Raymond recalled the times he had with Velicia in the garden where they lived.

Raymond smiled faintly as he sighed heavily recalling the woman he loved. Even she could not erase the name Velicia that was engraved beautifully in the depths of her heart.

The breakup was so hard for Raymond, that for days he could not breathe comfortably. Even in every breath there was a tear that was dripping remembering his love.

Raymond could not believe what Velicia had said during their last meeting. He did not see the honesty in the eyes of his beloved. He believes there is a reason that requires the woman he loves to break their relationship.

They both love each other. And Raymond knows it. That was why Raymond had not prevented Velicia from leaving before him that day.

“Honey, look at them. Very funny isn't it?” tanya Tania while pointing at a group of small children who were playing in the playground.

He noticed a family made up of his father, mother and little son. Suddenly there was a shadow of her along with Velicia and a little son was playing together. The three of them looked so happy, that it made Raymond smile involuntarily.

Tania followed the direction of her husband's view. She looked at the small family, then she turned to look at her smiling husband looking at the small family.

“Honey, do you want the presence of a child between us?” tania asked her husband while holding her husband's hand.

Raymond regained his senses because of the touch of Tania's hand that was in his hand. Then he turned his head towards his wife who was sitting on his right.

“Do you want the presence of a child in our household?” tanya Tania repeated her question back.

Hearing that question made Raymond misbehave. He doesn't know what to answer. Because honestly, she really wants to have children since their marriage. She hopes Tania's attitude will change if she becomes a mother.

However, now he is not sure if his wife can change his attitude. And worse, regardless of anything, Raymond intends to part with Tania. His decision was already unanimous and he was not afraid of anything that would prevent him from escaping the Tania family and gaining his happiness.

Without answering the question from his wife, Raymond immediately got up from his seat and walked without taking his wife to be with him.

“Honey, wait! Where are you going?” tania exclaimed as she followed behind her husband.

“I'm hungry. I want to buy food,” replied Raymond without looking back, where his wife was walking after him.

“Ray, how about we eat at the cafe that time?” asked Velicia who was already beside Raymond.

“As far as you are,” replied Raymond briefly while walking.

Yes!, Tania cheered in her heart as a wide smile walked next to Raymond.

Raymond's steps were wide and fast, until Tania's distress aligned her steps with her husband's.

There they were in a cafe that was no stranger to Tania and Raymond. According to Tania, the cafe is a historic place for him to get good friends in this city.

Meanwhile, according to Raymond, the cafe is very imprinted in his heart when considering his meeting with Velicia who accidentally, as if fate brought them together.

“Ve!” tania exclaimed as she waved her hand at the woman sitting at one of the tables together with a man.

Raymond followed his wife's gaze, and his eyes widened perfectly when he saw that the woman his wife had called was the woman he had in his life.

Raymond and Velicia's eyes clashed. They stared at each other to convey their deepest feelings. Until they ignore Tania and Ferdi who are mutually reprimanded.

“Hai Ve... Have you been here long? Sorry, my husband took me to the park. Sorry if you waited a long time,” Tania said as she sat in the seat in front of Velicia and her husband.

“Waiting? What does it mean?” velicia asked clumsily and with a confused face looking at Tania.

“Yesterday I sent you a message and took you to lunch at this place. Did you forget?” tania asked with a smile on Velicia.

Instantly Velicia turned her head towards her husband and stared intently at him as if asking for an explanation from him.

“Sorry. I read and replied to his message. Lately you are often moody and daydreaming, so I just want to surprise you by meeting you with your friend,” said Ferdi while smiling fearfully at his wife.
