Chapter 110 After his departure

“Why are you surprised like that Ferdi?” asked Bu Anisa who was astonished to see her son's current expression.

“Mother, why are you here so early in the morning? Mother surprised me,” replied Ferdi while looking wrong before his mother.

“Mother deliberately came here early in the morning to give you the food that Mom just cooked,” replied Ms. Anisa.

Then he looked towards the kitchen which looked quiet and his eyes seemed to be looking for something while saying,

“Velicia where to? Is he in the shower? Or are you on the market?”

“He is working,” replied Ferdi who looks like he is hiding something.

Anisa's mother scrunched her forehead hearing what her son said. Then he squinted his eyes while saying,

“Isn't he on holiday?”

Ferdi misbehaved to hear a question from his mother. He forgot that Velicia was on vacation right now. Now he is confused what to say to his mother. Luckily Ferdi's phone saved him. The ringing of her phone distracted Bu Anisa and Ferdi.

“Halo,” Ferdi said on an unknown number.

I'm Tania, Raymond's wife. Didn't your wife come home last night? tanya Tania from across there by phone.

Ferdi looked at his mother who was closing her ears to Ferdi's cellphone that was being used. Ferdi was misbehaved because he could not freely answer the phone asking about his wife.

“No,” Ferdi replied briefly so that his mother did not suspect.

My husband didn't come home last night. I think they're together. Don't you want to look for him? tania said from across the street.

Still with her ears attached to Ferdi's phone, Ms. Anisa said softly,

“What Velicia didn't come home last night?”

Ferdi turned off the phone after being shocked to hear a question from his mother. He looked wrong as if he was caught stealing something.

“Didn't Velicia come home last night for going out with the guy she was cheating on?” asked Anisa to return to her son.

“I'll go now,” said Ferdi as his hand took his car keys.

Ferdi closed the door of his house in a hurry until it closed very hard and left his mother alone in the house shocked to hear the sound of the door slamming from Ferdi.

He left home without answering the question his mother had asked him about his wife's whereabouts.

In his car he calls Tania to ask her whereabouts. He wanted to ask tania more questions about his wife's whereabouts.

This is where they both are. At a cafe in the middle of the city, the two of them met.

“So do you know where your wife and my husband are now? You said it was over. And what's going on now? The two of them did not go home and did not know where to stay now. Even his phone could not be reached,” Tania said as she stared irritatedly at Ferdi who was sitting in front of him.

“My wife is not that kind of woman. I am sure he will not be rash to do such a thing,” Ferdi replied firmly and his face was flat.

“Do you still not understand too?” tania asked with a very annoyed look.

The atmosphere between the two of them felt extremely cold and unfriendly. They are equal with their own thoughts.

Feeling Ferdi not answering him, he again said,

“I won't divorce with him. And I'll find her and keep her from meeting other women.”

“Do you know where your husband is?” asked Ferdi enthusiastically.

“I will find out and will let you know later, if I have found their whereabouts,” Tania replied as she stood up and prepared to leave the place.

In a very beautiful area, a woman and a man walked hand in hand down the road around the mountains.

“A clean air, a beautiful place, a bright sun and walking hand in hand with loved ones make me not afraid to face everything,” Raymond said as he walked and swung his arm.

“Are you reading Ray's poem?” velicia asked with a sweet smile on Raymond.

“I'm trying to make a poem to impress you. Because I know, you really like literature,” Raymond replied while smiling shyly at Velicia.

“I've been impressed with everything you've done,” replied Velicia with her sweet smile.

“I'm sure you can do even better making literary works because you are a potential writer,” said Raymond with a smile.

Velicia stopped her steps and looked seriously at Raymond. Then he said,

“A potential writer?”

Raymond nodded his head while smiling sweetly at Velicia who seemed to want to ask her something through the look in her eyes.

“Ray, do you think I can really become a writer?” asked Velciia doubtfully.

“Of course. Some say that only a person who wants to be a writer can really become a writer,” Raymond replied enthusiastically.

“Really?” velicia asked back with a doubtful smile.

Raymond hugged Velicia to strengthen her and cast aside his doubts as he said,

“From now on, you have to dare to do what you want. Live for yourself. And no longer live to obey the will of others. Enough of your sacrifice all along. Be happy and face your future brightly.”

After that Raymond let go of his embrace and took Velicia's hand to invite her back to walk around the area.

They pass through rice fields that look green and refreshing. Then they walked down the river and played water there. Their laughter seemed very happy without burden as they played water and threw water at each other with pleasure.

In a different place, Ferdi felt very frustrated. He did not go to work and took a few days off. Anisa's mother looks upset and pitying on her son.

He understood that Velicia's actions were not entirely his fault. She also blames Ferdi for not wanting to have a child that would most likely bind Velicia to not be able to leave the house even though she has found another man.

The sound of the door being knocked made Ferdi who was lying in the room and Bu Anisa who was in the kitchen, immediately walk towards the door.

“What is Velicia? Maybe he lost the house key,” BU Anisa said to Ferdi while preparing to open the door of the house.

Moments later, Bu Anisa's face turned upset after opening the door and looking at the person in front of the door.
