“So you mean you're also from Sunnydale University? But I've never seen you around!" Dickson was smiling the whole time.
"No. I'm from Mayberry University.” Gerald knew how to stay calm no matter what kind of vibration others gave him.
“Mayberry University is fine. After all, what does your family do? How did you make Elena fall in love with you?” ask Dickson.
“Well, Dickson, let me tell you. He comes from a small village, and his family runs a small grocery store! How can you still not understand the way she dresses?” answer Ambar.
The ultimate state of ignorance is to pretend a person does not exist even when he is right in front of you. Even though it was painful, no one would really show it. However, Amber had been doing that to Gerald all along, and it showed how much she hated him.
“Oh, it must be difficult to study in Mayberry which comes from a small village. Let me know if you're in any trouble. My father knows the dean, and I can solve everything for you. If you need a loan, you can always come to me too. I'm from Sunnydale, but I'm actually well connected! By the way, have you ever taken out any loans before? ”

Gerald had originally intended to prove Elena wrong, but now he decided it was best not to stand out.
