"What's going on?"
The crowd swelled in size. Curiosity is mounting.
“Not sure, but it looks like the hot chick has something going on with the rich guy, but she's also cheating on him with the boy's toy next to her. Now, they're making a fuss!”
"Fuckin' thick! Someone else is in the car when we talk! It will be a dramatic revelation! I'm dying here!"
“Heh, heh.. If only I was in that car now. The girl is fine! Ah-woo!”
Many of the men present had made no secret of their envy.
Sitting in the car, Gerald wished he could hit his head on something.
"Dani, what's going on?" Two figures emerged from the crowd. One, a man, and the other, a woman, both come to join Danny.
"Oh, Victor, Whitney, we need help here!" said Dani.
He explained the situation briefly.
Everyone wants the spotlight. When something is going on, especially with such a large audience gathered, there will always be people who want to get involved and be a part of it!
“So it's like that. All right, we're all friends here. Let's solve this problem together. Whoever's in that car, can you get out so we can clear this up?” Victor wore a mask of contempt.
“It's true, it's true! Come out so we can talk!” Jacelyn echoed excitedly.
"No way! Who do you think you are? Get lost, all of you! ” snapped Jane and then turned around, storming away. If this continues, Gerald's good name will be destroyed. He won't be able to make it up to you!
But this only makes Luke more anxious.
Burned by jealousy, he lost all sense.
“Jane, don't go! One way or another, I get answers from you! ”
Then Danny and Victor were there, trying to open the passenger door.
However, there is no need.
Seeing how things had reached this point, Gerald opened the door and stepped out on his own.
The way he looked at it, if he hesitated again, it would only make things worse!

Danny, Jacelyn, Victor, and Whitney all stuck their jaws to the ground.
"Why are you here?!" Jacelyn gasped.
Actually, these days, Jacelyn really likes Gerald. Unfortunately, he remained unaware of all the clues he had given him.
The reason she dated Danny was partly thanks to Gerald.
Since she showed no interest in Jacelyn, she decided to pursue one of her classmates, hoping to spark her jealousy!
Furthermore, he was his main suspect as the true identity behind a certain legendary figure!
For the sake of catching like him, some underhanded tactics were perfectly justified!
However, this proved to be an oversized plot twist.
“D *mn! And here I wonder how you suddenly became rich ... Now I see that you were someone's toy child all along! And to think you're even showing off your money for everyone to see! ” Danny murmured grimly.
To be honest, finding Gerald there made this much more interesting to him.
Gerald smiled casually. “Jane just gave me a ride back to school, haha... You guys take advantage of this too much!”
It was an embarrassing situation, but he remained calm.
"We are!" Danny screams. “Do not try to get out of this. Jane we've got you around as her toy, haven't we? All the money you have spent may have come from Luke!”
"What'sthis? Danny, do you know this guy?” Luke looked at Gerald with open hostility.
“Hah! Not only did we know him, but we were also his classmates! A moneyless bastard who suddenly became rich..twirled the story about winning the lottery, but it turned out that he was just someone's pet!”.
"Really! That's right!" Whitney spoke up. “I heard Gerald once shopped for clothes, in an upscale place off campus..He didn't have enough money back then, but then a girl our age showed up and replaced him! And then, he gave the clothes to me! The young lady in the story was loaded and had the entire chain of stores.. Maybe she was also one of the girls holding your tali, eh?”.
What happened was that when Gerald gave the gift to Whitney a few days ago, he visited the same store at the first opportunity to investigate whether he had tricked her somehow.
