The Invisible Rich Man's

The Invisible Rich Man's
Chapter 347

“Holy! That's a very beautiful jade bracelet!”

Everyone was equally shocked when they saw what was inside the package.

The receipt that came with the package made them even more surprised.

Both bracelets cost over forty thousand dollars.

"Hey, we also want to see!"

Jacelyn began to jump up and shout at the other side of the screen.

Harper and Benjamin took out the jade bracelet before showing it to them through his cell phone camera. Gerald's other roommates kept looking at the boxes

Even those boxes don't look cheap.

Everyone is now sure about one thing. Gerald's rich! That is an indisputable fact, though,

At that moment, the boy standing by the door started whispering hastily, “Gerald is back! Quickly get rid of!”

Harper immediately ended the video call when another boy hurriedly put the bracelet back into the original box.

When Gerald opened the door to enter the dormitory, he saw all his classmates standing up. They all looked confused as they looked at him.

It was a confusing scene for Gerald so he just smiled and asked, “What? Do you see the money on my face?”

“Gerald, please tell me the truth. Are you really rich now?” ask Harper in curiosity.

"It's as if I've ever had money" Gerald said reflexively.

“Damn it! He's still trying to hide the truth from us! Brothers! Let's unite and destroy him!”

Harper and the other boys then lifted her up together before pinning her arms and legs on the bed.

They turned his body and took off his pants before beating and tickling him mercilessly.

"Good! Alrighty! I surrender! I'm rich now! Stop already!”

Gerald knew that the cat came out of the bag and there was no point in hiding it anymore.

It seems that all his strange behavior recently has caught the attention of Harper and Benjamin.

Gerald had originally not intended to tell Harper and the others the truth. This was because he was afraid that the brotherly affection he had with them would stop once the money got into the equation.

However, he remained silent on the fact that he was indeed Mr. Crawford.

Even so, his roommates had already speculated that he was most likely Mr. Crawford's.

No matter what they do, Gerald refuses to reveal who he really is and won't admit anything else, including how he got so rich all of a sudden.

There was nothing Harper and the other children could do.

Although they kept playing around for a while, they were all really happy for Gerald.

As for Gerald, he had already decided long ago that he would definitely help all of his brothers in their future careers.

After things calmed down a bit, the boys playfully blackmailed Gerald while they discussed among themselves how they would spend the next few days at school together. Everyone in the dorm had helped Gerald before. Therefore, he found no problem in treating them well now.

After they finished revising and studying, Gerald and the kids went out for fun. They ate, drank, and had a good time before finally returning to the dormitory to rest.

While all that was happening, the contents of Jessica's call were still left alone.

Calling a little into the past, Gerald had just entered the bathroom when he finally picked up his phone. He wanted to ask his sister if she would come and if she needed him to pick her up.

However, his response was not as expected. He won't be able to handle it anymore.

“My brother, an important guest visited our family and father has asked me to accompany them. I'm afraid I won't be able to visit for a while. Dad told me to tell you about it!”

"I understand. Well, how else!”

Gerald was honestly a little disappointed. After all, he missed his sister very much.

"Hey, do you remember that our father used to have brothers and comrades in arms when we were in our old house in Mayberry City?"

"Yes," said Gerald while nodding.

It was a long story he heard from his father over the phone a while ago. Part of the story involves his father telling him that the Crawford family always had a way of educating their children to survive in poverty.

His father was no exception to that.
