The Invisible Rich Man's

The Invisible Rich Man's
Chapter 414

"What value will you choose today?"

At all the tables, all eyes were on Gerald.

“Give me the best. One hundred per person!”

After all, that was what he had planned all along.

“Pfft!” Cameron and his friends tried to hold back their laughter.

How stupid! One hundred dollars per head, plus drinks—the final bill will add up to a thousand dollars!

Tammy's side of the table were both shocked by the turn of events. They reached the same conclusion: Gerald was really stupid. Anyone can see that Cameron is not doing well, deliberately provoking him. However, Gerald walked straight into his trap. Really true?

Gerald's lack of prosperity is not new news for Tammy. He had already agreed with Giya not to allow Gerald to pay this food bill.

Now, Gerald chose the most expensive option available? Argha! May heaven help him!

“Sorry—that's not what we wanted. Something simpler will be fine,” Giya mediates.

“No, the hundred. Go then!" Gerald lost his temper under the barrage of taunts from Cameron and the others.

“Hmph! Let him order what he likes. We will see what he does when the bill arrives, ” cousin Tammy said.

So, the best food in the house is brought to their table. Cameron's desk deliberately ate as slow as possible. As Gerald's desk was being cleaned, both sides stood together to pay.

"Oh? Already gone, Mr Laver?”

The cashier smiled and waved at Cameron.

Cameron kept his watch in full view as he waved back. "The woman is my best friend" he pointed at Morgana. "Please set a good price for her!"

“No problem, Sir. 30% discount%! In fact, take this lovely tea set and our best compliments! Each set is worth quite a lot, and it's just a promotion that we're running right now. ”

The cashier, clearly older than Cameron, beamed as she answered him.

“Aha! Hanging out with Cameron Laver means great moments along the way, ”horse one over the other.

"Your other friend, Mr Laver?"

The cashier can tell that they are familiar, which means he has to give a certain greeting to Gerald as well.

Cameron pretended not to hear it, peeking at his watch.

The cashier understands what it means.

"Hello Sir. That would be nine hundred and seven dollars all in all. Cash or credit card?” he asked smoothly.

"Of course, you could round off the last seven dollars" Gerald chuckled. Cameron can leave him in the cold if that's what suits him. One meal is not something to worry about.

With a silent face on his palm, the cashier responded indifferently.

“I'm sorry, Sir. Our prices are not open to bargaining. Seven dollars or seven cents, you have to pay for everything, just the same.”

He saw everything from the back of the table—Cameron deliberately forced that guy to be on top. Obviously the man didn't have much money. No need to be so good to her.

"Hi! You give that group a thirty percent discount! Now what's that 'no bargain' about? ”

Giya is the first to lose her temper after seeing how everyone conspired to make things difficult for Gerald.

Gerald shook his head. “Forget it, Gia. We'll just pay for our food and leave. ”

“Hmph! You'll offer us a set of tea too, at least? We've spent over a thousand dollars at your place!” Giya hissed coldly.

The cashier replied without the slightest sincerity, “We certainly want—but you must forgive us, miss… This gift set is limited to fifty pieces per day—and the fiftieth has just been given to Mr. Laver. Maybe if you come again tomorrow, I'll make sure I order a set just for you!

In the end, this is just a one-time customer. It makes more sense to appease big spenders like Cameron Laver. Furthermore, his own younger sister was currently at Laver Academy. The cashier knows that if he continues to play for this side of the field, his younger sister will have a smooth ride in the future.

"Hey ... Bring me the bill!"

Right at that moment, a hoarse voice boomed across the hall. Someone stepped up and slapped his hand on the table.

It was a young man, and when the cashier, Cameron, and his friends included, saw who it was…
