As Zack was already busy running between Mayberry City and Serene County while also searching for the jade pendant for Gerald, Gerald felt too embarrassed to bother him again.
By joining the company itself, Gerald will also be able to see firsthand whether the situation is as bad as Xeno had described it to him.
