“I ask them to go and book a hotel in advance. After picking up Ms. Leny, we were able to take her to the hotel to refresh and have lunch there. After that, we will go out to play!”
As Jayce spoke, she saw Alice and Jacelyn standing behind Hayley.
"Hi's beautiful! I bet you guys are Hayley's friends, right? How are you guys doing?” ask Jayce.
“We've just talked about it now. Harper doesn't have a car, so they plan to pick up Hayley's mom with Uber.” May said.
“How about you guys follow me because my car can still fit three more passengers. Would you like to join us, miss?” Jayce only asks because she thinks Alice and Jacelyn are very beautiful, and she wants to please them.
However, before Hayley and the others could say anything, May immediately rejected her offer. “Sorry, but where will my mother sit if the car is full? And don't forget that my other two roommates will be joining us too!” May is jealous when she sees how Jayce looks at Alice and the others.
“It's okay, May. We will ride Uber!” Hayley didn't want to cause any trouble.
"Well fine then! We'll go first, so it's okay if you guys are a little late. Then, we'll all head to the hotel Jayce had booked, and we can have lunch there. Since there are quite a number of us, I say we should split the bill. Is that okay?" said Mei.
"Sure!" Hayley nodded.
May waits for her two roommates to arrive before they leave.
Meanwhile, Gerald and the others wait until their Uber arrives and then head to the station.
"Look at that woman! She was so proud just because her boyfriend drove an Audi A4L. He had no idea that all we needed was a phone call from Alice and Silas would come at any time!” Jacelyn grunting.
“Jacelyn, what are you talking about?! I haven't been in contact with Silas for a long time!” Alice glanced at Gerald as she replied.
Whatever Jacelyn said was one of the reasons why Alice ignored Gerald.
Everyone knows that Mayberry Commercial Group belongs to Mr. Crawford's. Though he's not sure if Gerald's really Mr. Crawford, he wants it so badly.
Except, after what happened with Mayberry Commercial Group, Alice did not really believe that Gerald was Mr. Crawford, therefore, never really committed to it.
Still, Alice cares deeply about her impressions when she is around Gerald. He never really got in touch with Silas again, but after what Jacelyn said, he was afraid Gerald misunderstood.
No matter what it was, Gerald remained rich. It's just that he doesn't really care about anything, and he doesn't talk much either.
They all arrived at the station around ten in the morning.
“Hey, Mrs Ians! I heard from May that Hayley also has a boyfriend, right? Sorry I didn't get to ask you this on the train just now. After all, what did his family do? Is he rich?”
Two handsome housewives walked out of the train station. They were both in their early forties but still looked like they were thirty years old.
“I'm not sure either. Hayley didn't tell me much, and that's why I'm here! But I believe it's not too bad. After all, Hayley's grades are great!” said Hayley's mother.
May's mother wasn't too happy. Although May was as pretty as Hayley, Hayley was really good at her studies and had a great personality.
Hayley was, in fact, much better than her own daughter, which meant that her boyfriend also had to be as good as her.
