Jasper looked at the timer counting the minutes before the stock market opened and said calmly, "Is the time up? Are you sure you'll keep smiling at the end?"
Mitch scoffed and said, "Fantasy."
"I'll let you keep pretending for a few more hours. When the stock market closes tonight, I'll wait to see you crawl out of this door like a dog sobbing."
Henry and Anna felt much calmer now than this morning when they were anxious and worried.
"Why do I feel like laughing when I see how crazy Mitch is right now?" Henry whispered while leaning towards Anna.
Anna leaned in disdain and said resentfully, "Don't get too close to me ... What should be considered about that idiot? I admired Jasper for not losing his composure. You might have told her everything by now if it were you."
"Damn, you know he's the bad guy, right? He doesn't tell Mitch on purpose so he'll be happier. The more happy he is now, the worse he will be. Ck ck, I can't wait."
