Victory in Life
Chapter 303

The fact that he was dabbling in the real estate industry was also because Jasper had given him an idea. After investigating and realizing his potential, he immediately started a company for it.

Compared to him, Jim had a lot to learn

Jim thought about it and realized that Jasper was right.

She smiles. "He is like that. I can only connect our years of close friendship with destiny. I must admit that you two are very similar."

Jasper smile. "I'd like to think that we're more skilled at distinguishing. There are some things you can't give up. You take one step back and you'll end up taking more until you fall off a cliff when you run out of steps to advance."

"Nobody will pity you now if you don't want to fight."

Jim was deep in thought at the last comment and nodded in agreement. "Yes after meeting so many people from influential family backgrounds in the Swallow Capital all this time, I started to feel a little lost as well. I was always afraid that I would accidentally offend someone."

"I think your profession also plays a role in this. After all, you're a business consultant. It's not good for you to offend customers." Jasper smiled and gave Jim some kind words so he wouldn't feel embarrassed."

"Oh, Jasper! No wonder Dawson, that old man, likes you so much. Nothing has ever been as successful as you at such a young age! I wouldn't say that you were any less capable than Dawson back then. Yet I can't even find the arrogant veins within you at all."

"This old man actually found a treasure this time! Jim exclaimed in envy.

"Haha, you're too good, Uncle Yapp. There's not much I can boast about, because there must be someone much better than me. They just keep being humble, that's all." Jasper said with a faint smile.

It wasn't acting, because Jasper really believed from the bottom of his heart that he was just a speck of dust in the world right now. His goal is to become a world conglomerate.

Everything he had achieved up to this point was nothing compared to those conglomerates. After all, what these conglomerates controlled was the economies of many countries!

They were all real big guys, and Jasper refused to live a simple and mundane life now that he had to start all over again!

He had to capture every opportunity that existed so that he could reach a greater level step by step!

"You're too humble, Jasper. But it's not a bad thing. After all, there's no point for you young man to be so arrogant."

Jim nodded, sighing in admiration. He did not dare to imagine how much more formidable Jasper would be if he continued to go at this speed!

As they spoke, the two arrived at a luxurious-looking building next to the Workers' Stadium.

The four-story building was not tall, but occupied a large area. There were three entrances and exits to the park behind him. The building itself is very expensive.

On the door there were the words 'Hoary Stock' and there were two maids in the door.

"Hoary Stock is not open to the public, gentlemen. Please show me your membership card," ask the waiter politely.

Jasper glanced at Jim. There was no reason for him to have a member card at all.

"Hector told us to come" Jim stepped up to speak.

The servant was stunned for a moment before a frightening smile adorned his face. His attitude was no longer polite as he replied simply, "You must be Jasper and Jim, then. You can go straight inside. Mr. Combe has told us of your arrival."

Jasper did not investigate the change in attitude of the maid and entered the door.

On the other hand, Jim glared at the waiter who looked down on them before he quickly followed Jasper inside

"God, why are they both pretending to be calm? They're walking corpses" muttered the waiter who glared at Jim with his head bowed.

Behind them, Julian suddenly stopped and turned to look at the maid indifferently. He smiled as he walked through the door.

The maid was just about to speak and was shocked when she saw the solid bronze door handle had been bent due to Julian's abnormal strength.

His skin paled, and the maid was too shocked to speak. All he could do was watch Julian follow Jasper and walk away.

Jasper entered the door only to stop right when he entered the large living room.

A stream of water suddenly fell from above without warning and splashed the area right in front of Jasper's feet.

Had Jasper not stopped in time, he would have been soaking wet by now.

Jasper looked up heartlessly and saw Hector by hand on the second-floor fence and a bottle of mineral water upside down.

Hector laughed cheerfully as he threw the bottle right in front of Jasper. He spoke in an unfriendly or cynical tone. "You're lucky today. Come on up, I can't wait for you to present your head on a silver platter!"
