After nodding in thought, Old Man Law said, "Then it's done. The Law family is determined to get a construction project for the Olympic Village. We estimate that the entire construction will be between 20 to 30 billion Someric Dollars and I plan to split it into three parts.
"The Law family will contribute 40%, Joe will contribute 30%, and you will contribute 30%."
Jasper raised his eyebrows and said, "30%?"
Old Man Law smiled and said, "Too little?"
Jasper smiled wryly. "It's a bit too much. This project requires so much money and I need money elsewhere."
"The Law family will help you pay up front in terms of funds" Old Man Law said in surprise.
