Lan's words raised Norman's spirit.
"Do we need Old Man Hurlbutt just to deal with Jasper?" ask Norman.
He thought that lan had lost her mind. Old Man Hurlbutt is the only remaining veteran of the Haddock Chamber of Commerce. He is their true spiritual leader.
Not to mention Old Man Hurlbutt was an old man who had retired a long time ago. There was no way Gale could help the Hull family deal with Jasper.
lan sneered. "Do you know why our plan to target Jasper failed?"
Norman frowned and replied doubtfully, "Because Hans and Benny are too rash?"
