With Vita's help, Jasper had a very pleasant negotiation with the Waterhoof City branch.
During the day, Jasper paid 300 million in cash and signed a land transfer agreement with ICBS.
Later Jasper's capital was verified by ICBS, which received a joint guarantee agreement issued by the Schuler Group in the Southeastern Province. He obtained commercial loan credits for a maximum of 12 billion directly from that transaction.
Walking out of the branch door, Jasper smiled at Vita. "What an ambitious bank you work for."
While he only needs eight billion funds to start his plan, ICBS seems to have more plans for 'dairy cows' like him. They signed it with the maximum amount of commercial loan credit that the Waterhoof City branch was able to reach 12 billion Somer Dollars.
Vita understood what Jasper wanted to say and smiled. "This is mainly because we believe that Mr. Laine has the best assets and is worthy of our trust. Not to mention with the Schuler Group joint guarantee agreement, we would easily give out a commercial loan of 20 billion if not for our limit problem."
"We'll need approval from the headquarters if that's the case, and it's just a waste of time."

Jasper smiled but did not comment on it.

Vita. He was present when they verified and investigated Jasper's capital, so Vita was well aware of the terrible wealth Jasper held in his hands.
Any news from such a young billionaire was bound to be jarring.
Therefore, Vita immediately brightened up and spoke seriously, "Speak, Mr. Laine. If your words are correct, then this is a favor that I and the branch will hold and remember."
Jasper smiled and waved his hand indifferently. "You're too good. I only told you because I couldn't bear to see a friend dragged into such trouble."
"I heard that the G.S.Trade Export Limited Company had two of their cargo ships, worth a total of 600 million, detained in Harbor City. I think they're suspected of smuggling."
Jasper patted Vita on the shoulder as she spoke. Vita was confused by the news. Jasper continued to speak attentively, "Their company is quietly talking about this and they are trying their hardest to mediate the situation. But you know what about smuggling, it's a big deal."
