Chapter 519
It's late when Lan finally finds Ben's place to escape.
The roof of G.S.'s Trade Export Limited Company was the last place that people thought for the mentally unstable Ben to appear!
No one knows how Ben managed to walk dozens of kilometers barefoot and alone to the roof of the office.
As Lan rushed to the roof, she met Ben who was sitting on the fence, hanging his feet in the air. The ground was tens of meters below his feet.
The sight made lan's heart slide down her throat.
"Benny! Get down from there!"

The man shook his head. "I don't know. We haven't seen Mr. Mallin since yesterday."
lan felt her heart thump as an inexplicable feeling of uneasiness emerged. He had someone call an ambulance as he dialed Derick's number.
"Sorry, the number you're going to is off."
Automatic female intercept messages trigger anxiety lan.
"What are you doing, Derick?!"
Forcefully suppressing the uneasiness in his chest, lan was about to exit the roof when he saw two employees running towards him in panic.
"Mr Hull, someone named Jasper and someone from the ICBS branch came to ask us to pay off the loan and hand over our office building!"
The roof door opened just as lan had requested, with Jasper, Vita, and a few others entering together.
lan sneered. He was about to speak when he saw a large group of men in uniform appear behind Jasper.
The appearance of these people froze the expression on lan's face.
One of the men in uniform walked over and asked lan indifferently, "Are you lan Hull, the legal entity and president of the GS Import And Export Trading Company?"
lan took a deep breath and forced a restlessness on her chest to reply boldly, "I!."
That person waved his hand, and his two subordinates immediately rushed over. They took one side of each lan's shoulder and handcuffed her wrist.
Surprised, lan thrashed. "What are you guys doing? Who are you guys to catch me?!"
The officer issued an arrest warrant expressly and explained, "This is your arrest warrant. We have enough evidence to believe that you were involved in smuggling goods. Please cooperate with our investigation and come with us to the police station."
lan shouted. "Impossible! Derick is the one who does everything! It has nothing to do with me! I'm the victim here!"
The officer replied coldly, "Derick Mallin is currently under investigation at the police station. He has testified against all your crimes. I suggest you stop making unnecessary resistance."
lan was struck, and her expression paled. He turned to look at Jasper and shouted, "It's all your fault, Jasper! Since when did you conspire with Derick, huh?!"
Jasper tucked his hand back and replied clearly, "This is where your fault is. I'm not in cahoots with anyone at all. Derick Mallin has just been enlightened and refuses to be your puppet again. He chose to tell the truth. It has nothing to do with me."
Tan clenched his jaw and stared intently at Jasper, shouting, "Go to hell, Jasper!"
At that moment, Ben also looked at Jasper from the side. With a sudden roar, he pounced on Jasper.
Jasper raised his eyebrows slightly but did not move before Julian suddenly emerged from behind him. With a flick of his hand, Julian had Ben pinned to the floor.
Later, two other police officers ran and handcuffed Ben as well.
"Take him off, he's mentally unstable!"

"We will decide whether he is mentally stable or not. But with the evidence we have now, your son Ben is also involved in the smuggling of goods and should be taken away as well" the officer said emotionlessly.

He looked at Jasper and laughed pitifully. "You went this far to destroy everything I have, but what do you think you're gonna get out of this, Jasper?"
Jasper looked at Vita calmly and asked, "Master Layne, I want to know what your bank thinks of my previous advice?"
Vita chuckled and replied, "Huh. Our bank lent us two billion Somer Dollars, and now we can only apply to confiscate all the company and its assets. You're a generous man, Mr. Laine. Since you are willing to pay back this loan to Lan, then it is only natural that all of his assets become yours."
lan almost exploded with anger at that moment.
"You're all bloodsuckers! My company and assets have a value of at least 3.5 billion Somer Dollars! What makes you think you can steal it for just two billion, huh?! In dreams!"

Vita said coldly, "Honey it's not up to you anymore, Mr. Hull."
