Victory in Life

Victory in Life
Chapter 365

"People like you think they can do whatever they want just because they're rich. Your wealth is the source of everything you have. Therefore, to you, money is even more important than your own life.

"That's why the best way to deal with people like you is to see yourself becoming a poor beggar. The pain and torment of something like that is a mind far more terrible than death to you."

Jasper then chuckled softly in front of Sebastian, who was trembling uncontrollably.

"You're losing all your liquidity, so you can't pay off your debt to a private loan company. Those people will try to get their money back from Kaymaroon as soon as possible."

"Running out of money is not a problem. You can sell your stuff because there's a lot of stuff in the supermarket. Hence, you can definitely recover some of your losses."

"After that, the bank will record the crisis of Kaymaroon's debt. I'm sure they'll sue you soon and bring you to justice."

"All this will happen one by one after sunrise tomorrow. In other words, your life is over."

Sebastian looked at Jasper with a frightened look. He was trembling in fear. "No, you can't do this! This is impossible!" He yelled.

Suddenly, Sebastian knelt down and kowtowed on the floor. He grabbed the tip of Jasper's shirt with both hands. "Jasper Laine, no, Mr. Laine, Mr. Laine. You can't do this to me, Mr. Laine. I know what I did wrong. I deserve to die. I'm idiots. I shouldn't have fought you!" She begged.

"I beg of you. Please let me go this once. I really can't lose Kaymaroon! My messengers won't let me just walk away, Mr. Laine. I beg of you, please let me go!"

Jasper stared coldly at Sebastian, who began to sob. "Ten years ago, there was a woman pleading pitifully in front of you as well. But did you save his life?" He asked loudly.

Sebastian's voice trembled as he pleaded with Jasper. "I was blinded by my lust and greed at the time. I really didn't know that everything was going to be like this. To be honest, I had absolutely no intention of killing him back then. I just wanted to scare him, "he said.

"Who thought he suddenly died? Even if I dare, I don't dare kill someone."

"I'm willing to take half of Kaymaroon's assets. No, make two-thirds. I'll give you two-thirds of Kaymaroon's assets in exchange for my life. At least let me keep some of my assets. Mr. Laine, I was wrong. I was completely wrong!"

Facing extreme terror and threats, Sebastian knelt on the ground and pressed his forehead against the floor repeatedly.

Jasper continued to look at his actions coldly. He did not encourage her to go ahead or reach out to stop him.

Sebastian's fate has been decided. Even if he jumped up and cursed, or knelt down to beg for mercy, nothing would change Jasper's mind.

"Julian," call Jasper.

"Master Laine," Julian replied as he advanced forward.

"Bring him out. I don't want to see it."

Julian muttered a voice of affirmation before turning around to drag Sebastian, who was wailing in fear, to his feet. He then pulled Sebastian towards the door.

At first, Sebastian pleads with Jasper in despair. However, since begging had no effect whatsoever, he let go of all his anger.

"Jasper Laine, you deserve a painful death! Remember what I said! I will never let go of you even after I turn into a ghost! This is a reminder of what will happen to you in the future! Don't settle for it. Finally, there will come a day when you will be trampled by others!"

"You deserve a painful death!"

Julian threw him out of the villa in a loud voice. He then closed the door tightly.

"I can finally calm down" Jasper sighed softly. He then turned to look at Hector and Jacob Combe.

Fear and respect flashed across the two brothers' gazes. They immediately stood up straight and showed obedient demeanor when they saw Jasper looking towards them.

"You did pretty well!"
