Chapter 14: Turning Point, Part 1
...—Etharna, Favilifna Kingdom—...
WHEN Xavier arrived back at Etharna through the destroyed section of the wall, hundreds of soldiers were already there removing the falling wall debris.
Ignoring them, Xavier simply restored the condition of the palace walls and towers with [Reverse Law], then quickly teleported to the palace before anyone saw him. What he had done earlier made the soldiers confused, but Xavier did not bother with it at all. There is his brother Elmira, he can certainly handle it.
Elmira was at the front door of the palace when Xavier arrived. The woman is not alone. Mary is back. She was with another woman—it was probably Miera whom the queen had previously mentioned.
“Ah, Commander Xavier, you're back.” Elmira was immediately in front of Xavier. “That means you've overcome the attacker. So, who was it that was looking for my kingdom?”

The reaction that appeared on the faces of these three women was not at all surprising.

The only remaining problem was the possibility of an attack from the direction Ekralina Kingdom stood.”
Elmira did not respond. The beautiful haired queen seemed to be thinking with a daze, only a dozen seconds later she nodded. “If Xavier says so, I have no choice but to nod in understanding. Ah,” Elmira set her sights on Miera, “ini Miera, she's loyal to me like the Hebranest. Miera, he's Twelfth Commander Xavier von Hernandez, you must have heard about him.”
“Happy to meet you, Commander Xavier.” Miera stretched out her right hand. “Elmira has talked a lot about you, and I can understand why she is so focused on you.”
Xavier nodded, shaking Miera's hand. Although the second sentence was implying something, Xavier had no interest in asking him to explain the meaning of the sentence.
“With the return of Mary and Miera, our defense has been much better.” Elmira spoke again. “However, since we no longer need to worry about the return of Neix and Eternity members, we need to change the strategy. I want Hebranest to withdraw the troops from the border and turn to our city facing the border. That way, we can give the Knights Templar false hope that Etharna is empty. But, we can make Neix a scapegoat for the undead attack first.”
“I understand. That's a pity, but I get it.” Mary nodded to herself. “And I thank you for that. Staying here is not bad; if it can take longer in this place without becoming an imperial quarry then that is enough.”
“That's right, Mary! We'll make sure you don't have to go anywhere wearing a hood.”
Mary just nodded slowly, but her lips did not curl at all. “I'll expect that.”
“How good! Now let's go in. I had to get one of my servants to relay the order to Hebranest.”
Elmira immediately turned around to enter the palace without waiting for a single response. Mary and Miera also spur their feet without a word, following the owner of the palace.
Xavier did not follow them straight away, his gaze momentarily turned back. He did not know whether Achilles had sent Neir to use his ability to find Artemys. He did not know if the information had reached Kanna's ears or not. What was clear, no matter what happened, he would bring Artemys home with his own hands. He just needs to get things done here quickly.
Nodding to himself, Xavier catches up with Elmira and her two followers.
...—Coralina, Ekralina Kingdom—...
“Basic fat piggies disgusting!” rossia grumbled as she exited the royal palace. “If only he had a more foolish descendant than her, it would certainly not be a problem if he were to finish.”
Rossia is not playing. He should have left the palace half an hour ago, but the greedy king bin idiot had slowed him down for various reasons limiting the number of soldiers he could carry. Although in the end he was able to silence the king whose body objected to it, it still upset him for having to buy time.
Sighing in self-soothing breath, Rossia immediately shot towards the Ekralina Kingdom warrior headquarters.
It took a few minutes to talk to the leader of the soldiers, and it took a dozen minutes to wait for a total of 10,000 soldiers to set off. And without lingering any longer, Rossia commanded the ten thousand soldiers to head for the city gate.
With a total of 15 thousand soldiers (5000 Knights Templar), Rossia Himera led the way to Etharna. They will not stop at the city nearest the border. Rossia and her army will go straight to Etharna. By teleporting several times, they would arrive at Etharna the next morning.
Then, the Favilifna Kingdom would get the proper punishment for having dared to defy Emiliel Holy Kingdom. Rossia will make sure of it!
