The Devil Sword Swordsman
Ch. 1 - Xin Fai
A violent storm ensued, sending a dark cloud scroll that rolled the sky. A strong wind hit the building, tearing apart the roofs of houses. Heavy rain fell like a veil of water that was unceasingly raining down on the earth. This scene reflects the anger of King Eden, the storm dragon, who was ignited by the prophecy of his daughter, Elin.
Elin is a fortune-telling dragon who has a rare ability to foretell the future. In a mysterious vision, he saw the birth of a human without the talent of a ruler who could potentially become the ruler of the western region, even the entire world.
"Kill all the humans born this year!" the King of Eden, with a burning anger, ordered the entire army of dragons to destroy all the human children born in that year.
"Both king, your orders will be carried out," at once the cry of the generals of the dragon army echoed behind the stormy frenzy.
However, Elin could not accept her father's decision so easily. His sharp gaze looked at the King of Eden with great courage. "But father, even if you kill all the humans born this year, you will not be able to change the destiny of a future king of the world" he said aloud. "You're so stupid, dad!"
Elin's words startled the King of Eden. He looked at his daughter with a mixed look between shock and confusion. "What do you mean, Elin?" the king asked with a trembling voice.
Elin smiled cynically. "I have looked further, and I saw a god creating a great weapon for a human being. There are also groups that are ready to help him in conquering the world."
The King of Eden fell silent, trying to understand his daughter's words. But he felt doubtful. As a mighty dragon, he does not want to accept the fact that there are humans who can threaten his power.
"Dad should think about this well. Don't ignore the power that those humans might have" Elin continued in a thoughtful tone.
Meanwhile, in the land of Braga full of human life, there is a brave king named Erick. He just got information from a spy he sent.
"I know you've come with important news" King Erick said in seriousness as the spy arrived. "Give me your report."
The spy carefully reported the plans and preparations of King Eden's army. He explained the number of troops, their strength, as well as the planned attack strategy.
King Erick listened attentively. He subconsciously dropped a drop of cold sweat.
"Thank you for the information" said King Erick. "Continue your work and be careful. Don't ignore the little information!"
The country of Braga is in great danger due to the ferocious dragon army of the Kingdom of the Dragon King of Eden known for its cruelty. King Erick, determinedly, ordered all the knights of the land to prepare and block the attack.
"Even if the prophecy is not proven to be true, I will not allow my people to suffer from this attack," inner king Erick while holding the Dragon Slayer sword specially made by the best blacksmiths in the land of Braga.
"Call all the best knights of this country and honorable hermits. We must not allow this country to be destroyed by the attacks of those silly dragons!" king Erick said to the prime minister, who was quick to record the king's order. "Equip them with the best weapons, special weapons to kill the dragons."
The prime minister immediately conveyed the king's message to the whole country of Braga. News of the danger threatening their country spread quickly. The brave and strong knights began to prepare and gather at the Royal Palace. Meanwhile, hermits from the remote mountains also heard the distress call, leaving their hermitages to join in efforts to protect the country.
At the Royal Palace of Braga, a team of knights gather under the command of King Erick. They are ready to fight the ferocity of the dragon army that is coming soon. The atmosphere in the palace was full of passion and determination to protect their country.
King Erick stood before all of them, looking at the combat-ready faces of the brave. "You are the last hope of Braga. Your courage and strength will bring victory to all of us. Together, we will destroy the threats that lurk this country!" king Erick exclaimed with excitement.
Finally, the dreaded day arrived. The dragon army of Eden is approaching the borders of Braga. Their attacks felt inevitable. However, the knights of Braga were undaunted. They stand strong and ready to fight to protect their homeland.
The war was unstoppable in 852 until it ended at the loss of the two nations. The knights were killed even though they were equipped with dragon-killing weapons. The warlords on the side of the king of Eden many were killed in the war.
"Why haven't the great hermits come yet?" King Erick was really anxious about the attacks of the dragons.
The dragons really enjoyed the fight in the Majin desert border between the human realm and the dragon territory. The fire dragons spewed an extremely hot flame into the air making King Erick's army quickly exhausted, while the lightning dragons and earth dragons ravaged the desert region.

The clash of lightning power and the dragon slaying sword collided against each other.
Czngggg...
The sound of a sword slashing through the dragon skin was extremely loud.
"I admit you humans. Your abilities and your spirit" cried the king of Eden.
In fact all the swords made by man cannot hurt the dragons. Dragons can only be harmed by the power of demons or dragons themselves. But since the dragon slaying sword was made from the fangs of a dead dragon, it made the strength of the human army almost equal the strength of the dragons.
Suddenly, in a shocking state, six gigantic dragons fell suddenly on the battlefield. King Eden and his army were surprised to see the incident, not expecting that the dragons could be defeated quickly.
King Eden was angry, trying to figure out what had happened. He saw that the attack of their army could not be attributed to the fall of the dragons. Something unknown has happened, and the King of Eden realizes that there are other forces involved in this battle.
There were only traces of purple light in the sky.
The great hermits!
They just arrived. They looked at this incident with satisfaction on their faces. One of them, with a satisfied smile on his lips, spoke in a cynical tone, "Heh, is this just the power of dragons now? It seemed that the legend of their strength was too exaggerated!"
King Erick, who witnessed this incident with admiration as well as gratitude.
"Are there only six great hermits in this land?" King Erick's question confused the prime minister.
"No, your honor, there should be seven great hermits who will come to help" the prime minister said.
"Even with the strength of the six hermits, the dragons were made to retreat," the smile of king Erick was finally seen since the battle with the dragons broke out.
