Ch. 57 - Payment Killer
The atmosphere in the dining room as usual, there was not a single thing that Xin Fai felt after that. The many luxurious dishes in front of him made Xin Fai complacent.
Not having finished half his meal a bodyguard came and stood at the door. He knelt down with a worried face.
"Mr Lian, there's bad news. Princess Kaili disappeared from her room and we can't find her anywhere."
Everyone was shocked to hear the news, including Xin Fai. The bad premonition that dariadi haunts him now really happened. He immediately got up and headed to Lian Kaili's room after being told the location by a servant.
Lian Sheng couldn't run as fast as Xin Fai, his breath hunting as he arrived in front of Lian Kaili's room and found nothing but an open window.
"Find my son to see you!" Lian Sheng gave the order of making dozens of bodyguards move simultaneously. Lian Sheng squeezed his hair depressed, he could not lose Lian Kaili for the second time.
While tracing the surroundings and still not finding anyone Lian Sheng approaching the window, he found Xin Fai running on the roof of the people's house at high speed.
In front of her ran a woman who was holding her baby, the woman's clothes showed that she was a servant working at Lian Sheng's residence.
Lian Sheng did not expect at times like this he would have the arrival of an assassin. While hoping his guards could get his daughter back was difficult considering the killer's running speed was very high. At least equivalent to a level 3 intermediate swordsman.
Lian Sheng could only wish Xin Fai full hope, he hoped that Xin Fai could save his son for the second time.

The sound of Xin Fai's footsteps was inaudible because the Light Steps he learned made him feel like he was fusing with the air, in a short time the distance between him and the assassin was not that far away.

Xin Fai took out a wooden stick on the ground and held it boldly. He was instantly reminded of someone named Lan An, the person who once trained him in swordsmanship using only a wooden stick.
"Did you underestimate me by using a stick like that?!" The woman screamed in annoyance. Xin Fai himself was still quite confident if he only outwitted the woman using this wooden stick.
"I had no other choice" Xin Fai said. Instantly the murderous air enveloped the surrounding air, it was so strong it came from its enemy. Xin Fai let out the same murderous air which made the woman startled.
"You have it too?! How come?" The woman could not cover her surprise.
"That's not important. Give me Kaili's daughter back now."
The woman swung the sword at a fast tempo, whereas Xin Fai greeted her with a rounding of her determination just like Lan An had once taught.
The sword-eye of the woman was completely unable to slash Xin Fai's staff directly because Xin Fai repelled her attack to such an extent that the sword-eye did not hit the staff completely.
The woman widened her eyes of disbelief after exchanging attacks with Xin Fai. Had Xin Fai used a sword at the moment he was not sure he could win easily.
While gulping her saliva the woman tried to find a gap, given the current unbalanced fight. His concentration was split as Lian Kaili continued to whine in her arms.
At the same time he had to fight Xin Fai and keep the baby from falling into the hands of his enemy, and protect Lian Kaili so as not to be exposed to stray attacks.
Meanwhile Xin Fai who had realized it was trying to take advantage of it by making the attacks more intense until the woman was pushed back.

Feeling that it was no longer possible to win from Xin Fai made the woman want to take out a firecracker as a signal to invite other hitmen.
Xin Fai could realize the thing would bring in other troublesome people, she immediately took action.
"Guards!" xin Fai shouted making his enemy so panicked.
The woman looked behind her, as she felt herself being fooled by the wooden stick already preparing to nest in her face.
