Ch. 277 - The Plain
Although he still felt a little bad, Lang was better at assessing the situation, there was no time to regret what Xin Fai had done. Now was how to solve all of this, Xin Fai's problem was his as well.
"Thank you. And sorry for making you bother."
Xin Fai who had just wanted to talk to the Water Dragon was less obvious hearing what Lang said, she could only frown in wonder and immediately quibble at the Water Dragon.
"I really have to keep my promise, the Lightning Fox desperately wants her real body back."
"The Lightning Fox, huh? The Old Keladi was still thinking about his appearance," said the Water Dragon bluntly. He thought back to the fox that was a generation with him, they had seen the world longer.
"Hows it? You're gonna help me?"
"You think?"
"You have to help me."
"Your answer sucks a little, but I'm tired of it here too. Thousands of years living here like farm animals, I think it's time for my powers to be used."
Xin Fai smiled happily, never expecting to persuade the Water Dragon to turn out this easy. Since a few days ago he had been worried that the Water Dragon would refuse his request considering that the Ice Dragon was the strongest Earth Ruler Demon. Defeating him was not enough to rely solely on his own strength.
"I will also help, at least a little useful." Lang followed along, Xin Fai nodded. "A Wolves Wanderer will return to wander."
Now that Lang was getting excited, he lowered his eyes to his footing staring at his reflection on the water. I don't know what he was thinking, guessing it already made Xin Fai's stomach swirl. He held back the laughter as much as possible while looking away so that Lang would not know about it.
"But the problem is have you studied the Dragon Seal?"
"Huh?" Xin Fai had only heard it for the first time, she realized something and immediately patted her forehead. How could he forget about hiding the Water Dragon during the journey? There was no way that demon should appear in the middle of the city. The entire Human Being would invade the Water Dragon and instead end up in a relentless fight.
"You didn't learn it?"
"No idea, you didn't tell him first."
The Water Dragon became a little doubtful. "This step is rarely studied considering that no human can use it."
"Why?"
"The Dragon Seal is used to move the power of the Earth Ruler Demon into the human body, of course you must have a high level of science to do so. Not to mention all the bad possibilities that will happen when you fail to use it."
"Like? Don't tell me it's gonna grow scales on my body, or... As the Lightning Fox said, the Earth Ruler Demon that is in my control will strike back."
Nodding in agreement, the Water Dragon immediately added it. "The Dragon Seals can only be carefully studied in the span of two years, are you willing to do it with me underwater?"
Hearing what he said the year Xin Fai was stunned, he did not have that much time given that a great war was being prepared within a month's time. Lang tried to think hard in the rain. But there is absolutely no solution to this.
"If you study it recklessly I'm sure you'll be overpowered by the power of the Earth Ruler Demon that you won't be able to control. The purpose of this move was to control a demon power like me."
The Water Dragon took out a book that he had hidden in his own dimension, the Dragon Seal Book seemed to be very old. But the Water Dragon guarded it very carefully.
"Your ancestors made it, I still keep it until now. When he and I walked free he always said that his grandchildren would come to see me, that day I believed his words had really happened. You're the one he meant."

"Why?" The Water Dragon delayed for a moment.
"Are you able to enter my subconscious?"
The Water Dragon was silent for a moment, nodding slowly. "Easy, why?"
"Qiang Jun has taught me to use the subconscious, in that dimension an hour goes like a day."
After saying that the Water Dragon immediately approached back, its long tail hitting the water making it splash on Lang and also Xin Fai. "That means that in one month you can study the Dragon Seal Book for 720 days? I don't think it's so bad either" she replied later.
Lang entered Xin Fai's body, hoping that as long as he fell asleep the young man would not do anything strange. While the Water Dragon carried him into the bottom of the sea, long enough to hold his breath in the water they finally stopped. Xin Fai could feel the air around him.
When he opened his eyes the young man was silent for a very long time, his face was shocked instead of playing when he saw one world that was very different from what he had seen so far. The dimension created by the Water Dragon looked extremely beautiful, its power equivalent to that of a god indeed could not be doubted.
"Is this the Plain of Yang?" His lips felt mute when speaking, a stretch of green land overgrown with beautiful flowers along with the calm of a crystal-clear blue lake. There is no life there, perhaps only the sound of birds squeaking.
Apples thrive in this place, at first glance looks like a fairy tale world but clearly this is not just a fantasy. Xin Fai could feel the cold air filling his lungs, although it seemed that the sun was shining brightly but the air was very cool. He could not imagine a world as beautiful as this.
"It's.... So you've been living in this place all this time?" Xin Fai said softly, trying to touch the butterfly that passed through his face.
"Yes, I've looked after her for thousands of years, it doesn't feel like time has gone by so fast the last time the head of the Xin family died that day."
"Your master must have been so good that you gave this place to him." That was all he could say, Xin Fai was still amazed at this Water Dragon-made paradise. A beautiful little world, he thought.
"You want to stay here too?"
"Maybe."
The Water Dragon carried Xin Fai flying into the blue lake which was quite close from where it had originally been. "Then it's time to practice."
