Ch. 16 - Waterfall
Residents who saw the Omen fight whispered and tried to figure out who Teo really was. They talked about Teo by covering his mouth with one hand.
There was no wind or rain, 5 men approached Teo. 2 of them carried swords and the rest carried spears and shields. From the emblems they wore, they were at the paladin level. Of the five people were 1 swordsman wearing silver armor, the remaining four wore ordinary clothes like society in general.
One of them turned his gaze towards the unconscious Omen, then looked back at Teo sharply. Others disbanded the residents who had initially seen them.
"Who are you, young man?" One of them prepares to take off his sword.
Leisurely Teo looked at the five of them who were already preparing to attack Teo. "I'm Teo, and..." Not yet had he said a sentence, the sword pointed at Teo's neck.
Teo dodged by pushing his body backwards. "You've threatened the safety of the royal soldiers which means challenging the kingdom. Prepare to die!!!"
One of the spearmen's attacks almost hit Teo. As the attack from the swordsman who was wearing silver armor, Teo had already tried to dodge it. But Teo's robe and a little long hair were cut off.
"You're pretty good at Teo, but it's a pity you're gonna have to die. Cry on the side of the gods" said the warrior.
The consecutive attack was successfully avoided by Teo, when the ninth slash, Teo read his movements and kicked the blunt side of the swordsman out of his grasp. The sword from the swordsman was thrown and slammed into the ground.
"I'm sorry, but I have no business with you. I wish you were gone, and that Omen was your friend... Take him and take care of him" Teo's cold words angered the warrior and ordered his friend to attack Teo.
The four of them directly attacked Teo while the armored swordsman pulled out his sword and joined Teo's attack together.
The five of them continued to attack Teo blindly until the dust of the smoke that had been raised slowly thickened. One of the warriors throws his spear and Teo avoids it. The spear that Teo avoided led to Rosa. Noticing that, Teo used lightning steps and caught the hilt from the spear. Less than 2 cm of the spear would injure Rosa.
Teo's calm face turned 180 degrees. He turned to the warriors, "you are right... Now we have business..."
Realizing the lightning steps that Teo used, they knew that the lightning steps were only trained by the royal family.
"Don't be afraid! I have never heard of any of the royal families having long black rambit and blue eyes. Let's attack him again!!" the armoured warrior's speech was not heard by Teo. Teo kept using lightning steps and drove towards the armored man. Holding the handle of the sword and hitting the chest of the man with his elbow. The armoured man was thrown a few meters and rolled over by Teo's attack. While his sword was captured by Teo. Without doing any futile moves, he moved towards the rear of the remaining warriors.
The eyes of the remaining warriors were wide-eyed at Teo's speed and strength. A second later they all fell down without even seeing an attack from Teo.
"Argh... Who are you?" Ask the armoured man who started to bleed fresh from his mouth.
Teo who was still angry about the action they made, "i'm Teo, a student of Leo."
Hearing the words from Teo, the armored man grew increasingly frightened and eventually fell unconscious.
